The Music of SSX Developer Diary

Music can play an important part in video games. This couldn't have been more apparent when SEGA announced that the XBLA port of Crazy Taxi would not have the original soundtrack; the public outcry was tremendous. EA Canada is well aware that music plays a significant part in the SSX franchise too - they even released an entire trailer dedicated to the inclusion of RUN D.M.C.'s 'It's Tricky'. Now, they have followed it up with a developer diary dedicated to the music of

Music Producer Freddy Ouano talks about the impact of the SSX soundtrack, tracks that will be exclusive to the game, and the different ways that players will experience music throughout the game.

SSX is due to be released on February 14th, 2012 in North America and February 17th, 2012 in Europe.
