Last month, a fan vote was conducted on Facebook to determine the two golf professionals that would join Tiger Woods on the cover of https://www.trueachievements.com/Tiger-Woods-PGA-TOUR-1....htm. One athlete would be featured with Tiger on the North American cover, with the other on the European cover. The results saw Rickie Fowler winning the North American bracket, with Rory McIlroy getting the nod in Europe.

Today, EA Sports has revealed each of the region specific covers that we’ll see on store shelves this March:

If you’ve been following the coverage of Tiger 13 at all, you weren’t surprised to see the “Better with Kinect” banner, as Kinect functionality was announced for upcoming EA Sports titles, starting with the 2012 calendar year. EA touts that the game is the “first controller-free, voice-enabled and body tracking sports simulation game to support the Kinect.”

The Masters will be featured once again, and EA is releasing a special collector’s edition to celebrate the inclusion of the famed Augusta National golf course and The Masters golf tournament. We covered some of the details in our first coverage of the game, but here’s a rundown of what’s included; some new details, some old.

-New, in-game, Green Jacket presentation ceremony
-Unique box art
-Five additional golf courses
-Augusta National’s Par 3 course
-Augusta’s world-class Tournament Practice Facility
-and much more
The cover for the collector’s edition was also unveiled today. The cover features the famed Green Jacket, arguably the most famous prize in golf, and one of the more revered icons in all of sports. Also, the famous ‘Calamity Jane’ putter used by historic amateur golfer and Masters co-founder Bobby Jones is featured. The putter dates back to the early 1900s, and was used by Jones in his 1923 U.S. Open win (he later replaced the original with the 'Calamity Jane II' in 1926). The putter shape and style was replicated for decades to come, and is an old relic of golf.
