Edit: The DLC is available for Season Pass holders to download at no further cost as the correct link has now been sorted out. I can also provide you with a launch trailer for the DLC too:

Original Story:

Players have never forgotten the problems caused by General RAAM in https://www.trueachievements.com/Gears-of-War-xbox-360.htm, so his return to the franchise in the form of the "RAAM's Shadow DLC add-on will cause mixed emotions. As well as more single player content, with players taking on the roles of both the COG and Locust, there is also a weapon skin and new multiplayer characters included too. The DLC adds ten achievements worth a total of 250G.

If you own Gears of War 3 Season Pass DO NOT purchase this content here as you will be charged again. RAAM’s Shadow adds more than three hours of campaign gameplay, featuring missions on both sides of the Locust War. As the COG, play as the veterans of Zeta Squad: Tai, Minh, Valera, and Barrick. As the Locust, you are the fearsome General RAAM with all new executions and the power of the Kryllstorm. Also included are 250 Gamerscore, the Chocolate weapon skin pack, and six new character skins for Versus multiplayer.
Those of you wanting a sneak peek of the DLC before deciding on a purchase may want to check out this gameplay video. those of you who can't view the video may instead be interested in these screenshots.

"RAAM’s Shadow: Pack 2" costs 1200 MSP and is available to download from here. Those of you who have purchased the season pass should automatically be redirected to the Marketplace location for downloading your free version. However, some community members have reported that they are being mistakenly redirected to the full-price version of the DLC. Please exercise caution when downloading the DLC.
