I Am Alive Climbing Gameplay Demo

By Mark Delaney, 6 years ago
Climbing environments and parkour-ing the world around you is very popular in games right now. Mirror's Edge, Assassin's Creed, and PS3's Uncharted all base their primary gameplay around the mechanic of scaling buildings and structures. The upcoming survival adventure, I Am Alive, looks to utilize a similar mechanic, but it won't be Renaissance-era Italy or a dystopian city you'll be climbing, it'll be modern day Chicago, ravaged by an unknown "event".

This brief video demonstrates the fluidity of movement players can expect when I Am Alive hits the XBLA marketplace.

I Am Alive is due out sometime between February 15th and March 7th as part of the XBLA House Party.
