Syndicate Reveals its Voice Acting Cast

By Mark Delaney, 6 years ago
The upcoming reboot is full of conspiracy, gunplay, action, and now a few voices you may recognize from films. Starbreeze Studios shared some info on some of the characters' voice actors in the game.

Rosario Dawson (Sin City, Clerks II, Grindhouse) will portray Lily Drawl, a rising star at EuroCorp, the corporation responsible for the microchipping of human beings in the game's futuristic world. Starbreeze had this to say of Lily:

With a shattered and conflicted psyche, Lily is torn between the demands of her corporate masters and the underground resistance to syndicate rule. She knows that this balancing act can only last for so long before she falls, most likely, to her death.
Also headlining the cast is Brian Cox, who has starred in X-Men 2 and Troy but is perhaps most famous for portraying the original Hannibal Lecter in Manhunter. He'll be starring as Jack Denham. Cox often plays villains, including his voice acting role in PS3's Killzone series. Rounding out the cast of actors who typically don't do video games is Michael Wincott who played Top Dollar in The Crow. He'll be voicing Jules Merit. Of the two men's roles, Starbreeze said:

Both play significant roles at the top of Eurocorp’s organization. Jack is the ruthless power behind the boardroom throne, while Jules is a highly regarded senior agent having led many successful operations against the Aspari corporation.
Syndicate releases on February 21st in North America and February 24th in Europe.
