Xbox 360 Gets Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus

By Rebecca Smith,
Guilty Gear XX has seen many revisions since the game's original release in 2002. Picking up just two weeks after the events of Guilty Gear X, the 2D fighting game tended to revolve around two characters. The first, I-No, is determined to destroy every perceived threat to her master. The second character is Robo-Ky, who in reality is a line of robotic copies of Ky Kiske created by the shadowy Post War Administration Bureau. His battles centre around the Bureau's agenda. The last revision of the game saw Guilty Gear XX ? Core Plus release on the Playstation 2, PSP and Wii, but only now is the game heading to our favourite console.

Details are scarce on the game at the moment, but having been confirmed for "Playstation Network and Xbox LIVE", it is likely to be released as an Xbox LIVE Arcade game. "Network play" has also been confirmed, meaning that online play will be present.

Further details are likely to be revealed at this weekend's AOU 2012 Amusement Expo, as the game will be making an appearance there. We'll bring you more news when we get it!
