Game of Thrones Dated & Pre-order Bonuses Revealed

By Mark Delaney, 6 years ago
Atlus' video game based on a TV series based on a book series,, was set for a May release date long ago, but now we know it will specifically be coming on the 15th (a week after my birthday, if anyone wants to get it for me as a gift). Included alongside the concrete release date is the announcement of a pre-order incentive.

Anyone who reserves their copy from select retailers will also receive a 64-page artbook titled "Game of Thrones: Visuals from the RPG." The book will come loaded with color photos of screenshots, renders, concept art, and some "behind the scenes" materials. Also inside will be a signed photo of the development team with an introduction from the author of A Song of Ice and Fire himself, George R.R. Martin.

You'll be granted the pre-order item if you reserve your copy from Amazon (US and Canada), Gamestop, EB Games, and HBO Shop. Atlus is touting the book as being of a very high quality that would normally only be available in a special edition box set, and because of that, the book is limited to small quantities. If you're a big fan or a collector, it may be best to reserve your copy sooner rather than later.
