Konami have confirmed that Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 is to get a free January Transfer update.
This update will bring all clubs squads up to date as of the close of the January window. Transfers such as Bullard moving to Yorkshire Orange and North London White re-acquiring the majority of last season’s strikers (that’s Hull and Tottenham to you and me) plus all the transfers missed off of the summer deadline such as Robinho to Man City will be included.
Not only will the update include a full squad update it will also feature 200 new players and a stat update for thousands of players based on their performances from the first half of the season.
If they only put this much effort into the making of this year’s game then it would surely have retained its crown.
The update is due at the end of the month, whenever it comes expect Arshavin to follow a day later.
