Project CARS Shows Off Its Night Lighting

By Rebecca Smith, 4 years ago
Project CARS is a one-of-a-kind game project currently being overseen by Slightly Mad Studios. This is the first game being developed through the studio's World of Mass Development portal, which allows members of the community to sponsor the game in return for playable preview builds and the chance to make their feedback count.

The latest preview shows off the latest version of their dynamic lighting system that features sun and moon rendering, as well as the spotlight system that lights up parts of the tracks. These latest screenshots demonstrate the Connecticut Hill track complete with the distant city lights.
