HBO Go Updated To Include Xfinity Subscribers

By Mark Delaney, 6 years ago
Last month's dashboard addition of the HBO Go app left many 360 users filled with Tony Soprano-esque rage. Comcast and Time Warner, two of the biggest cable companies in the United States, were not among the providers. However, Comcast/Xfinity has now announced that they will be joining the dozen or so other providers in offering the compatibility to their customers. You will, of course, need Xbox LIVE Gold to access this application.

So whether you and your Xfinity-subscribed family want to catch up on the current fantasy of Game of Thrones, witness Baltimore's corruption with The Wire, or sing along with Flight of the Conchords, it's all available as of now. Time Warner is rumored to be close to a deal as well, and as soon as anything is official, we'll certainly bring you that news too.
