UPDATE: Don't panic folks! The game's happening, but it's been outted via LEGO LotR toy sets that were released for preview to some lucky individuals. Further, the Summer date on the images below is for the toy sets, the game appears to be slated for a Fall release. Thanks to Holodrone for pointing this out!

LEGO Lord of the Rings is set for a Summer 2012 release. Of course, this merits the question: Which LEGO title will you pick up? Lord of the Rings or LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes?
