We don't normally cover leaks and rumours here on TA. Instead, we wait patiently for an official announcement before sharing it with you guys. However, this one comes straight from xbox.com - so that makes it pretty official right? Right?!
A new marketplace listing has appeared under the radar for a game entitled Mini Ninjas Adventures. Those sneaky ninjas! The game seems to be a Kinect-supported arcade sequel to 2009's teen-tiny sneak-and-slash Mini Ninjas. This time around the game is being developed by Side Kick, a company that specialises in games 'that use human gestures and motions as the game's controllers', according to their official website. It will be published by Square Enix.
The marketplace listing also includes the following description of the game and some screenshots of the knee-high ninjas in action:
Calling all ninjas! Get ready to swipe, kick and battle your way through 21 levels of intense ninja action as you help Hiro rescue his master and fellow ninjas from the clutches of the evil Samurai Warlord. Be prepared to face a multitude of enemies that will push your skills to the limit and test your ingenuity. So pack your ninja stars, sword and more and get ready for adventure...a Mini Ninjas Adventure.
As is generally the case with ninjas, not much more is known about Mini Ninjas Adventures. However, a release date of June 27th is also mentioned, so expect it to sneak up on us then.
