Clarity on Inversion Delay

We recently informed you of a second delay to Saber Interactive's twisty-turny upside-downy shooter

The game's publisher, Namco Bandai, have now clarified that, whilst the game will indeed be delayed until July in Europe, the original release date (after the first delay that is) of June 5th for North America still stands.

There's no further word on why Europe is being made to wait longer for the game. The delay was originally said to be in order to give the game more development time. In light of the new announcement, maybe that development is to incorporate regional differences or maybe they simply thought the Americans could stomach a less polished version, whereas the Europeans require that little something extra - that 'je ne sais quoi'.

Regardless of if you're now crying into your pillow because of the delay or not, I highly recommend you check out this hilarious player-made trailer/short that we recently covered.

As it now stands, Inversion will be released on June 5th in North America and in the rather more vague 'sometime in July' in Europe.
