Wordament: Now in Italian! By Michelle Balsan, 25 Jun 2012 CommentsFrench-language speakers had their day a couple weeks ago when the French beta officially launched for You vs. The Internet's Windows Phone title, Wordament (WP). Today, it was revealed that Italian is now the seventh language available in Wordament, joining French, Dutch, Spanish, Swedish, German, and English.According to the developer, the Italian puzzles are similar to those in French, Dutch, and Spanish in that it includes normal and digram puzzles. Theme puzzles are not yet available, and they didn't make a point as to when they might be or if they will be available at all.Another item to note about the Italian language edition is that the smaller Italian alphabet, which excludes high-value letters such as j and x, will lead to scores that are somewhat different than other languages. High scores are, of course, still available due to the prevalence of double consonants. The Italian beta is available in Wordament right now. To access it, go to Help & Options and then change your Puzzle Language to "Italian BETA".We've got the full list of Wordament (WP) achievements - check the list for guides to unlocking them.Windows Phone View comments Written by Michelle BalsanMichelle is the Assistant Manager of the Newshounds at TrueAchievements and has been a member of staff since 2010.
