Remember that public beta that was announced and closed
within an incredibly short space of time? Well there are already leaked images hitting the web, and some of the first and most informative I've seen are from reliable tech-news source, The Verge
The images clearly show IE9 running on the Xbox 360 and it appears to be quite adept and bringing the web to your TV via a console. Settings are handled via a settings menu overlay, and the concept of bookmarks appears to be brought to the Xbox via 'pins'. Also pictured is the new Xbox Music experience and some Kinect personalisation updates.
The Verge's informant allegedly says the build of IE9 is highly customised and reportedly tabbed browsing is cut from the product which may be disappointing to some. HTML5 is reportedly supported though which is a big box ticked.
Beyond that there's SmartGlass activation built in though not yet functioning, and a generally faster feel to the dashboard.
Take a peek at the images below and let us know what you think in the comments. Please though guys, remember if you're in the beta that NDA still holds fast. We wouldn't want anyone getting banned for providing information first hand!
