It's official! During the Xbox Tokyo Game Show broadcast, Microsoft confirmed that Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster launches today on Xbox Series X|S and PC.

Considered some of the best RPGs ever made, the Pixel Remaster series includes the first six Final Fantasy games, which have all been updated with improved pixel-art visuals, rearranged soundtracks, and numerous quality-of-life features.

We also have the Xbox achievement lists for all six games live on TA!

Original story:
The Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster Xbox rumors appear to be true! An ad for Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster has been spotted on the Xbox Dashboard ahead of Microsoft's Tokyo Game Show 2024 showcase later today.

The ad, which has been spotted by numerous Xbox users, appears on the Xbox Dashboard. However, when selecting the ad, nothing loads. We have seen this before with games like Deathloop, which was confirmed for Xbox by mistake in another dashboard ad.

Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster, which is currently available on all platforms except Xbox, includes the first six Final Fantasy games with improved visuals, gameplay, and a modernized UI.

Earlier this month, it was rumored that the "whole slate" of Final Fantasy games might be coming to Xbox, starting with Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster and possibly Final Fantasy 16. Fingers crossed, we'll see both of these games formally announced for Xbox during Microsoft's Tokyo Game Show broadcast.
