During The Game Awards, Hello Games' Sean Murray unveiled an ambitious new multiplayer survival game called Light No Fire.

According to the No Man's Sky developer, Light No Fire is set in a procedurally-generated fantasy world that is the same size as Earth. In the multiplayer game, players will be able to "meet players from across the globe, build a life, explore and survive together." Light No Fire features a "truly open world, with no boundaries, at a scale never attempted before" and presents you with an unexplored and ancient Earth for you to uncover.

It all sounds very ambitious, but it does look pretty promising, with in-game multiplayer footage being used for the trailer.

Unfortunately, platforms and a release date were not announced.
