Players logging into The Finals now have a chance to jump into Solo Bank It, a limited-time mode for up to 12 players, which arrived with a sizeable balancing update on Xbox Series X|S.

The Finals has been holding a top 20 spot in our Gameplay Chart consistently since launching back in December. It's a fantastic first-person shooter with impressive destruction physics, but it relies on squad-based gameplay for its small selection of game modes. For a limited time, however, developer Embark Studios has added a new game mode geared towards solo players.

The mode is called Solo Bank It, and as the name suggests, it's based on the main Bank It mode, but instead of putting you in a squad, you'll enter a match solo against 12 other players. You'll still need to open vaults and be the first to amass 40,000 cash, but as you can imagine, it'll be a carnage-ridden race to the top.

Elsewhere in the update, a host of balance changes and bug fixes have rolled out, affecting everything from guns, modes, maps, and more. Here are the patch notes from The Finals website:
