This is the first time we've seen Microsoft bring its Xbox TV app to another range of hardware since it was announced for Samsung TVs back in June 2022. According to Microsoft, the Xbox TV app will soon be available on the Fire TV Stick 4K Max and the Fire TV Stick 4K and will give Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers access to the current Xbox Cloud Gaming library of games to stream. Besides a Fire TV Stick, the only additional peripheral you'll need is a wireless Bluetooth controller.

"Over the past several years, we have been on a journey to deliver cloud gaming to more devices and to more people around the globe," Microsoft's Ashley McKissick said. "We are excited to add Fire TV to our growing family of cloud gaming devices and eager to welcome new players into this experience."
