Rocksmith+ has been delayed into 2022

Ubisoft has announced that Rocksmith+ has been delayed until 2022, although no release window has been stated... yet.

Ever wished you could play Rocksmith 2014 Edition unplugged? Ubisoft has patched the game adding microphone input for acoustic guitars along with Endless Replay Mode in Guitarcade and Disconnected Mode.
