This is for having an ally kill an enemy while Fenrir is holding them in his mouth from his ultimate ability, Ragnarok.
The easiest way to do it is when a fight has already broken out and you're fairly certain the enemy is going to die anyway. Be careful not to kill them yourself, because Ragnarok does do damage on impact (when you first bite the enemy). Always check the scoreboard to see who does and does not have the Purification active, because that will allow them to cleanse you from holding onto them.
