First I am japanese and can't explain well. But I love TA community and want to tell my method.

With this method, I did Peak Performance in about 240 hours (2.4 hrs for 1% progress).

My method is to make a paper dummy. Hang the dummy from the ceiling so that the feet can easily move.
External image

Then set an electric fan behind the dummy so its blowing will move the feet.
External image

Move the Kinect sensor left or right as needed until the dummy makes a green circle.
External image

Choose a workout depending on the achievement you want to work on. I found these to be the best.

Peak Performance -> Mossa Groove
Furious Fists and Fight Back -> Rapid Results Fat Burner Cardio
Run the Day -> Knockout Body Body Blast

If you start from scratch, play Knockout Body Body Blast to make progress on multiple achievements.

Using a turbo controller, you can repeatedly press cn_A. The workouts will repeat unattended.
I tried macro software and the controller function in the Windows 10 Xbox App, but it didn't work. Xbox Fitness can't use the controller function of the Xbox App.

Thanks to TangerineGamer for the idea and to MathGuy42 for help in writing up this solution.

I hope it is helpful for TA community.Thank you for reading.
nodge Don't worry about your English. It's fine (and significantly better than my Japanese laugh). Thanks for this suggestion, I'm starting to tire of the same exercises in Xbox Fitness (I'm at 19% of Peak Performance) and anything that can help me get through this is a bonus. I'm going to try this out over the next few days and if this works even half as well for me as it did for you, then I'll be very happy.

Sharp Mistress Thanks for the solution! Great idea to use paper dummy that way. :)
Posted by Sharp Mistress on 21 Jul 16 at 23:29
Palesius Just to add to this, if you happen to have a ceiling fan that is slow enough (I have one with probably 60" span so it spins pretty slow) in the room with your xbox, you can achieve the same thing. I looped a piece of string as far in along the fan blade as I could (so it would spin too out of control). I then tied the other end to a strip of paper towels about 4' long, running from about a foot off the floor to about 5 ft off the floor. working like a charm so far!

TangerineGamer Working really well, nice solution mate!
I don't have a turbo controller and I'm up to 33% from 24% on Saturday afternoon.
I missed half a day Saturday as my fan motor burnt out so had to find another, one of the hottest days in the uk and they were sold out everywhere
Posted by TangerineGamer on 24 Jul 16 at 18:50
Palesius if you have a fully programmable controller (like a cronus max)
you can automate run the day as well. do the groove workout and once you hit 6000 points
skip to drill 31. let it run to 33, you should just barely have a star at 8700 pts.
then keep rewinding to drill 32 and letting it run about 5 seconds into drill 33.

Michel The dummy never makes a green circle, have been trying for an hour now....
Posted by Michel on 25 Jul 16 at 18:11
MathGuy42 Michel, is your dummy moving? I don't think a non-moving dummy will get a green circle in Mossa Groove. On the other hand, just about any movement usually gives at least yellow.
Posted by MathGuy42 on 25 Jul 16 at 18:55
mamaani Michel, make paper dummy and his foot needs to be hunged about 20cm from ground.
And set strong wind. If you grab him and shake from out of sensor, you can check it works well.
Posted by mamaani on 25 Jul 16 at 23:10
Michel I'll try to make changes tomorrow, thanks for the tips

Foolzparadice Can anyone recommend a good programmable or turbo controller for this method?
Posted by Foolzparadice on 26 Jul 16 at 14:07
Twobby How much do the legs have to move to get "credit?" I'm trying to think if I have a fan strong enough to use or if I should just use a lightweight material.
Posted by Twobby on 26 Jul 16 at 14:52
mamaani Foolzparadice, I use CronusMax and repeat A.
Twobby, I can't understand what you say, so please wait for someone's reply. And I use a fan with pan fanction and use paper dummy.Japanese word is Atsugami, but I don't know what to say in English.
Posted by mamaani on 26 Jul 16 at 15:00
MathGuy42 I suggest the Cronus Max for a programmable controller. It's a passthru device that supports wired Xbox 360 and Xbox One controllers. Any Xbox One controller will work with a USB cable. Also supports PS3, PS4, and WiiU Pro.
Posted by MathGuy42 on 26 Jul 16 at 15:01
Michel Ok so I got it to be detected and I get yellow-green bars but still cant see any green circles under it, not sure why

Edit: Seems to be adding progress so guess its not that much of an issue to me after all
Posted by Michel on 26 Jul 16 at 17:46
Palesius @Twobby, I don't think its necessarily only the legs that can move. Mine is on a slow spinning ceiling fan and pegs it on green continuously on mossa groove. I used paper towels (about a 4-5' strip) w/ the bottom about 1' off the floor. Tissue paper would probably also work, Toilet paper might be too skinny but maybe if you made little legs with it.

https://youtu.be/5Jput3aMjC8

Also I didn't see much progress on punches from rapid results cardio. I saw much better results from Mossa Fight 1 (esp if you repeat drill 21 w/Cronus or similar).
Posted by Palesius on 27 Jul 16 at 09:30
MathGuy42 The shape of the dummy matters. Originally I just had a large rectangle and was getting 1% in 5 hours. After adding two legs like in the photos, I'm getting 1% in 3 hours. So my advice is to make sure the camera sees separate legs and that they flop around as much as possible.
Posted by MathGuy42 on 28 Jul 16 at 15:36
Palesius @MathGuy: What sort of scores are you seeing, do you think there is a correlation? I am seeing something like 6% running from about 9pm to 6am, so about 9 hrs. that's about 1% per 90 minutes, and as you can see from my video, it's just a strip of paper towels, no feet, no head. My paper towel's "personal best" is 65k FP for the workout.

BTW, if you are having trouble getting it to track: Sometimes it picks up my dummy all by itself, sometimes i have to get it to track me and grab the bottom of dummy and walk out of frame while holding it until only dummy is in frame, then let go. That usually works after 2-3 tries at most.
Posted by Palesius on 28 Jul 16 at 18:08
MathGuy42 With my old setup, I would get around 45K and had several drills that didn't max out the circle. Now I get 62K consistently and it looks like all drills max out the circle. Perhaps it isn't so much that my dummy has legs now, but that the legs move a lot more than the rest.
Posted by MathGuy42 on 28 Jul 16 at 18:19
Twobby @Palesius thanks for the video. I was thinking about what I'd have to buy but that seems to work great with just things laying around the house.
Posted by Twobby on 28 Jul 16 at 18:28
Palesius Due to the way that I have mine set up, the whole "body" is moving and twisting consistently. It's possible that the twisting motion is better, and the fact that the whole thing is moving. It is pretty much pegged from start to finish. If you are using a floor fan and don't have access to a ceiling fan or similar, maybe aiming the fan more at the center of the dummy (and using a lighter material that blows around more easily) so more of the body moves?

Because it sounds like I am seeing a lot better progress, almost double what MathGuy42 is reporting.
Posted by Palesius on 28 Jul 16 at 18:53
EricGarcia4 Can someone please message me on Xbox One and explain it to me via voice. I guess i gotta learn it that way and i also have questions about the Turbo Controller. Never used one. MathGuy, congrats on the progress. You were 12% a couple of days ago and now 66%.
Posted by EricGarcia4 on 28 Jul 16 at 19:07
Michel Damn, 6% in one night? Not sure how are you pulling that up, I have it set up pretty much just like you and barely get 1% every 3 hours or so
Posted by Michel on 28 Jul 16 at 22:33
Palesius i'll try to do an accurate timing of one or two run throughs with another account so i can look at everest progress which is more accurate
Posted by Palesius on 29 Jul 16 at 15:06
Palesius ok so i tested with fresh account, in 2 runs of mossa groove it got 9% of everest. by my math that means 1% of peak performance every 78 minutes.
Posted by Palesius on 29 Jul 16 at 20:04
Palesius my dummy ripped and i had to make a new one. i'm not exactly sure what changed (movement looks the same to me0, but the progress is about half as fast now.

BreakingPad68 12% in the last 6hours...just with a fan, a paper dummy with legs and a ballon as a head...mist important thing is the head (for recognition). And I noticed that I score very fast when the kinect is seeing the dummy from the side...its looking like a stickman with bubble head on t he tv

Noaxis 1% in 25 minutes did not work for me...
Posted by Noaxis on 04 Aug 16 at 19:17
DevilCentaurus It is simply necessary to lift the dummy from the bottom up. During the jump, a circle appears under the dummy.

Michel, you changed the size? The circle appeared under the dummy?

Michel it does... but I guess I am misunderstanding the method haha

Posted by mamaani on 05 Aug 16 at 04:15
BreakingPad68 Hello. The score is not the main thing. I scored a average from 55-61k and this gave me 1% each round.
I tested different things for a Hal of a day until u found the best out.
-Kinect is about 1,5m away
- use a very light paper for body. I used a paper towel from the kitchen
-use a stronger paper as feets
-make a head...bigger is better. I used a red ballon with a size of a basketball ( a bit bigger)

Most important:
Make sure your Kinect is picking up your dummy from the side
make sure that your dummy DID NOT spin around.!!!
I had fixed a extra rope from the top of the ballon to the body of the dummy. The extra rope was to make sure that the fan will spin the dummy NOT turn around...but the dummy was constantly walking from left to right...iit was not easy to put the fan into right position.
ON THE screen it looks allways like a stickman with big bubble head who is walking from left to right.

Hope this helps.

EricGarcia4 UPDATE on my Status: It has only moved 1% in the past 3.5hours. I am scoring at around 25-35,000 points now. Do not know what the issue is. Can anyone help me out here.

BreakingPad68 - I am doing what you are suggesting, but for some reason it is not improving anything.
Posted by EricGarcia4 on 05 Aug 16 at 19:34
mynameisbr I have definitely noticed a slow down. I was averaging 1% every 2 - 3 workouts up until a few days ago. I may be getting 1% every 2.5 - 3 hours now. Not sure exactly, as I haven't been able to get consistent scores for a baseline. I'm still scoring 60k - 63k per workout most of the time now, whereas I was getting 64k+ almost every time before the slowdown.
Posted by mynameisbr on 05 Aug 16 at 19:53
MathGuy42 I wonder if this slowdown could have something to do with the Anniversary System Update. It seems strange that the Update could do this, but the timing is right and there hasn't been an update of Xbox Fitness itself.

Another "behind the scenes" system update is available today. It probably won't fix anything, but we can hope.

I never did get the fast results some of you have. 2.5 to 5 hours was typical for me. At least there is plenty of time to get it done before December, even at 5 hours per 1%.
Posted by MathGuy42 on 05 Aug 16 at 20:18
mynameisbr Running the update now. Thanks for the heads up on that. Hopefully tracking will go back to how it was. I'll update later with my findings.
Posted by mynameisbr on 05 Aug 16 at 21:37
Renattooo Does anyone has issue with the kinect? Keep restarting for me random times. Sometimes 5 or more times in the first 10 mins in mossa, but sometimes I can finish the workout without any restarts... Im afraid they doing something with the updates...
Posted by Renattooo on 05 Aug 16 at 22:20
mynameisbr No issues with the Kinect here. There are times that it'll lose tracking, but they are pretty few and far between. My dummy swings like crazy though, and I'm using a piece of scrap vinyl flooring with some paper legs taped to it. Vinyl is taped to a hanger and it's hanging directly from a ceiling hook. Vinyl is roughly 48" x 18" with a concave to it (natural shape from being rolled up in storage) that catches the breeze from the fan (which is on high) very well. Legs are just pieces of paper that I cut in half and taped together. Leg dimensions are approximately 4" x 23".
Only time I've had it lose tracking is on occasion when the vinyl twists as it swings and it becomes too thin to track.
I have also never put a "head" on the dummy. I keep forgetting to grab a balloon when I'm near the store, but I've still had pretty good progress with percentage gain.

I have never gotten circles on Mossa Groove under the feet either, whether it was with my dummy or me doing legit workouts. I don't really want to put in the time to get it to register either, as my progress has been as good, or better, than what seems to be typical from other people's input.
Posted by mynameisbr on 05 Aug 16 at 22:45
BreakingPad68 Nothing to do with Updates. I did This in 3days and had wvery day at midnight a new incoming system update. It never changed my progress. If someone can link photo here than he can massage me. I can sent some pictures of my settings via what's app...and than another one van link the n here?
Posted by BreakingPad68 on 05 Aug 16 at 23:14
EricGarcia4 I basically have TP hanging of a string and my fan is on high blowing it to the left. I have two TP's that are separate giving the effect of 2 legs. That is how i was always doing it but ever since yesterday it had stopped working. Maybe i should get a balloon and see if that changes anything. At this point i can only complain about it, it is obviously much better than actually doing it. Giving that it takes about 40days to climb Mt. Everest, 5hrs per 1% does not seem bad.

Any advice can help at this point. At the end of this achievement, I should have a Masters Degree in Kinect Interface Engineering compute
Posted by EricGarcia4 on 06 Aug 16 at 07:31
mynameisbr I applied the wrong numbers to my post yesterday. I have been getting 1% every 160 minutes consistently with groove. I am getting those numbers consistently again. There were a couple days where I was only getting 1% in the time I would usually get 3%+ though.

EricGarcia4 - Are you talking about toilet paper or paper towels for your method? If you're going with toilet paper, I would definitely go with something more substantial so you can get more reliable tracking out of it. My vinyl dummy works great, but materials like that aren't really easy for people to get a hold of. I'm a contractor, so I just have some left over from a jobsite.
Maybe you could try some heavy paper and try to get it to swing side to side as much as possible, because I believe that is the trick to this method.
Posted by mynameisbr on 06 Aug 16 at 17:51
EricGarcia4 I am using a large red balloon, folded about 10"x 12" for the body. 4"x 24" for the feet. Everything was going great until Friday night. Can anyone confirm that the points do not really matter. I do not have a fan on the ceiling, been using my portable fan now. Might start using my kids old nursery box that has 3 rotating legs and somehow put that on the ceiling. With the momentum i having all last week, i should have been at about 75-80%, instead i am at 55%.

Questions:

1) Is a head really needed?
2) Is there a turbo controller that works on iMac; with no boot-camp?
3) Does score really matter?
4) What are people averaging in score (Mossa Fight/Mossa Groove)/% improvement since Friday?

Any advice would help right about now..
Posted by EricGarcia4 on 08 Aug 16 at 07:55
mynameisbr Eric - I have never had a head on mine. The dimensions of it are in one of my posts above this one.
I am not using a ceiling fan. I have a standing oscillating fan that I'm using, but I DO NOT have it oscillating. It is just facing my dummy at a slight angle, causing it to sway back and fourth.
I don't know about turbo controllers. I got an unopened package sitting right here with a Cronusmax Plus that just showed up that should allow me to use my 360 turbo controllers on my one. Going to get that set up tomorrow.
I'm averaging 60k-65k every session of Groove, with most of my scores being 63k-64k.
I'm still getting 1% every 160 minutes.

DevilCentaurus 1% in 25 minutes with a cardboard dummy!!!

1. Go to settings. There is a spot for setting your height. Put your height at 7 feet tall (max setting).
2. Start on Mossa Fight #1: Fight Sequence 5, Round 2 and 3. This excercice detects the jumps perfectly.
3. Add a perch (or a broom) to your cardboard dummy (at the level of the neck), and made a movement from bottom to top to mimic a jump.
4. Repeat excercice 5.2 and 5.3 in a loop (approximately 55 seconds - 1 minute for loop).

In my case, every jump is 80 cms. I make 50 jumps by loop. In 25 minutes, I progress of 1 %.

At the same time, you can also increase the success " Run the day " with the trick of EricGarcia4.
Xbox FitnessRun the DayThe Run the Day achievement in Xbox Fitness worth 1442 pointsEarn 5,000 stars in Xbox Fitness!

For the " Run the day " success , you have to win the star during the drill 5.3. It is compulsory!!!
It is necessary to have approximately 14500 points at the end of the drill 5.1.
During the drill 5.2, you have to make between 1000 and 1500 points.
During the drill 5.3, you just have to exceed 16350 points which gives you the star.
Then you begin again in a loop (drill 5.2 and 5.3). You have to make 50 loops to win 1 %.

EricGarcia4 Big shout out to DevilCentaurus!!!!! Although I am not getting 1% every 25 minutes (1% 33-minutes; better than what i was doing before)

I did not use cardboard. I used my dogs large food bag (30 lbs Bag). I taped the package and did a small cut just wide enough to fit my WINDOW SQUEEGEE. I used that because the poll kept coming of even though i used tape. With the squeegee the dog bag will never come off. I especially taped the bag and squeegee for EXTRA control when i move the bag up and down. Luckily I had a mop pole that if i forced into the squeegee it will not come off unless i put extreme force. For the legs i used 4 (4"x 8" bubble wrap) I taped them on the front and back of the bag and stapled two of them together so i would not have legs going all over the place.

I went from 56% to 66% in 1 night. It does take a bit of effort at first, but just test the waters as to how much force you want to add to it. About 50 jumps is accurate, i went all out getting about 90-100 jumps a turn and it still took me 33-36 minutes. I just watched some Fail Army for the evening and time passed by. I will upload a photo this evening after work.

Again, awesome technique on DevilCentaurus, I should have this game done and dusted come Sunday night!

Honeycut1 I can get the game/kinect to pick up the dummy, but it doesn't show a green circle around the feet. It doesn't do the circle around my feet when I stand in front of the kinect. What's the best way to fix this? I've gone into the kinect settings and it looks like the damn thing can see feet there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Oh yeah, the dummy is moving and I'm moving as well but no green circle.
Posted by Honeycut1 on 02 Sep 16 at 14:39
MathGuy42 I don't think the green circle around the feet is necessary. As long as you are getting a full green arc for the score (all 5 segments, multiplier bonus), you should be fine for Mossa Groove. That workout is very forgiving. It seems that as long as you are maxing out the bar, you'll make steady jump progress.

Unfortunately, there's no quick way to know you're making progress. You just have to let the problem run for a few hours to see if the percentage goes up. If you already have Everest unlocked, you could use a second account to check progress there, since you'll see the percentage increase in about 1/11th of the time.
Posted by MathGuy42 on 02 Sep 16 at 14:50
mynameisbr I never got the foot circles to show up with Groove. Ever. Still made better progress than what most people have posted with this method, although my setup was a little different...
Posted by mynameisbr on 02 Sep 16 at 19:54
Honeycut1 Awesome, I appreciate the feedback. I was on Groove so I'm guessing that's why I wasn't seeing a circle. I'll try this again later tonight and see how it goes. Thanks

Honeycut1 I'm having issues with Mossa Groove. Around 26 minutes into the workout it stops and I get "Service Unavailable Error Code: 1000". I can't get the workout to continue by hitting try again and have to manually restart the workout. I haven't run into this issue with other workouts, just Mossa Groove at the exact same spot. My internet is good/fine.

Anyone else run into this with Mossa Groove? If so, how did you get it fixed?

sonnyliston1 Non related comment.. Your Garden / Jungle looks idyllic.

Proscaline Can anyone suggest a set of drills and the respective workout that I could use a macro on and just repeat? I feel like progress would be A LOT faster if I just set up a script to run on the jump-intensive drills and keep repeating over and over. I'm not even sure if this would work - I'm trying it out right now on Mossa Groove but I'm sure there's a better workout.

Aisakratos Ok, I unlocked the achievement today, so I can contribute with my humble experiencie:

I improved my dummy, which looks like this:

https://s11.postimg.org/bstprjyur/IMG_3641.jpg

Basically, as you can see, it's a simulated body with kitchen paper, with arms and legs stapled so they don't rip off because of the fan wind. I hanged it from a rope across the ceiling of the room using a hanger that can be turned. I also used a baloon as a head (in the picture it has two balloons because I was too lazy to remove the black one XD). My fan has 3 speeds but I used speed 2 because speed 3 seemed too hard for me and I thought it might burn. I didn't use the fan oscilation.

First of all, I started Mossa Groove and stood still behind the dummy with my arms opened until it recognized me, then I grabbed a "leg" and walked away the kinect camera and let go the leg so the camera just recognizes the dummy.

When I was away from the camera, I used my arm to turn the hanger, so the dummy stands at its side and look like this in the camera:

https://s21.postimg.org/8zvczlqhz/IMG_3571.jpg
https://s4.postimg.org/9lxvs5c8d/IMG_3573.jpg

I used Cronus Max to repeat button A and play Mossa Fight continously. I used this script (thanks to BuckSatan):

http://cronusmax.com/gpclib/?s=3148

Now into the numbers:

My dummy was averaging a score of 55k-60k as its best scores and 40k-45k as its worst scores. With this scores, percentage went up a 9-10% every 24 hours, so the achievement is doable in 10 days of continuous play. I can confirm that the Xbox One, my fan and my tv stayed turned on in periods of 4-5 days with no problem (by the way, the tv light was enough for the kinect to work, so I could turn off the room light).

I hope this helps other people who is trying this hellish achievement too and if you have any questions, I'd be pleased to answer them.

EDIT: thanks to mamaani and all the people who wrote comments in this solution, their comments were very useful to achieve this almost impossible achievement ;)

Ownasaur Can anyone recommend a workout to use this on with the workouts that are only available if you didn't buy any?

JayD101 Hey for anyone who wants to do this still I just asked my brother to check and he still has access to the Gatorade workouts! I didn't check myself because I have been running Mossa Groove for a week and it hasn't kicked me out! When my brother checked he did not have access to Mossa Groove so it's possible if you get onto and set up your stamps asap and leave it running it hopefully won't stop it when it becomes unavailable. It should have been the 15th but who knows. As far as I can tell Mossa Groove is not available unless you actually paid for it before July 2016, I did not but it is still going. Obviously not gonna help if you didn't already have it running since before the 15th but you may be able to get your stamps done with the Gatorade JJ Watt Recovery Workout. If you get your stamps done you still have 6months to finish the rest with the zombie workout! It's not much but it's an idea if you wanna get as much as you can.

If you want to do peak performance with the zombies workout check Medrus' solution on that to do it manually. You also may be able to do peak performance another way, if you read through the comments for the top Peak Performance solution there is a method explained that uses a broom you push up with a dummy to simulate a jump giving around 1% of peak performance every 30 minutes. I think I would just do it myself to get some exercise if it came to that lol but still it's a lot of jumping.

After 8 days of Mossa Groove I only got 30% towards peak performance (And having done every other achievement). I finally figured it out so now am getting 12-15% every 24hrs. Fingers crossed I don't get kicked out in the next few days. Anyway if you are able to use Mossa Groove or another suitable workout and want to know how I've set it up let me know.

I think for most people though this game is over I just wanted to let anyone know what seems to still be working. My brother sent me a pic of his available workouts and The gatorade with JJ watt set of workouts was still there. No Mossa or 10min solutions though they are all gone!

It's the 19th of December 7pm now so if you can get on it!

JayD101 Ownasaur it will be hard to do it with this solution's method though if you read through the comments there is a method for using a broom with a dummy attached that you push up to simulate a jump by DevilCentaurus! According to their results it is the most effective solution however you need to push up each time to get it to jump. I don't know for sure but I imagine this would work on any drill that involves jumping but you will have to find one in the zombies or other workout sets still available.

You could also try Medrus' manual solution which involves doing the sneak squats drill in one of the zombies workouts. Good luck!

JayD101 Also you could just set up a dummy and let it run with a fan and try all the available exercises and see if any give you progress. Try it for a few hours on each!

I'm just going to do the zombies workout a couple of times a day myself if Mossa Groove stops working for me. You can definitely obtain Peak Performance actually exercising for real before it all ends in 6 months the only one which will be almost impossible is the stamps which right now seems to still be available, someone correct me if that's wrong it's what my brother could see as available. The punches will only be possible if there is a workout with punches and I can't remember. It's just trial and error now.

JayD101 MrSod's solution says JJ Watt's stamina workout is perfect for doing peak performance manually!

MathGuy42 Here's some recent discussion of jumping workouts after Dec 15. If you use the Pause method, it might not matter what workout you use.

JayD101 Great news! My xbox decided to reset itself during the night and I lost access to Mossa Groove however I tried JJ Watt's stamina workout and noticed my dummy was getting 5 stars on the burpees. By repeating Drill 12 Burpees over and over I am getting the same if not better progress towards Peak Performance.

I'm using Speleo's Cronus Max scripts for Run the day and I just changed the timing so it keeps running through the burpees. If you don't have a Cronus Max and you can't be bothered sitting there and repeating over and over you could just let it run through the 20 min stamina workout but it will be much slower progress.

Also I noticed when he does the jumps I do get circles on my screen even the my dummy is just a wriggling paper towel so I still have to test that but it may work also.

JayD101 JJ Watt's Stamina workout: Repeat Drill 10 Squat jumps over and over.

Don't worry that it's red or yellow and it won't be green but as long as you are seeing the circles appear around your dummy you should be getting credit for the jumps. My dummy is a paper towel with lots of sticky tape and attached at the top and bottom so it has a bit of slack. Fan is underneath pointing straight up and the dummy wriggles. It needs to be fixed on both ends it can't flap around just wriggle!

I'm getting 1% about every 45 mins

Ownasaur Hey JayD101, you think you could post a link to Speleo's script and what changes you made to it? Would appreciate it.

ll Lone Wolf lI I was able to replicate the method where you pause and the game and it gives you progress towards the achievement. However, from the tests that I've done you do need a dummy and it still needs to be moving by a fan or whatever you've got. Anyway, start up Athlete Fit Workout 1 and make sure your kinect recognizes the dummy. Let the work out go until you come to the power jumps workout. On this workout I wasn't getting any points because my fan wasn't moving the dummy enough so I reached into the frame and lifted it a couple of times to get the kinect registering some points. At this point I paused the game while the point meter was at green. I'm not sure if manually moving your dummy is necessary, but this is how I've replicated it a few times now. When you return to the game and want to stop earning progress resume the workout. It may take a couple of seconds to register the meters done so don't worry if you don't see your progress right after unpausing. I got around 2-3% in 4 hours while I was asleep. I'll be testing it out further to see how much it does running all through the night, but this is definitely the best way for me seeing as I don't have a turbo controller and don't feel like spending 60-100 for one.

Strategy One Im sorry but this solution was hilarius! After Pure Poker I am definately going to try something out for these achievements. Nice find!

gamerboyTHXtss ^^ My dummy fell down after only an hour of setting it up on the power jumps in athlete 1 but after I came back 6 hours later it still got 2% progress even though the dummy was only moving around for an hour.

ll Lone Wolf lI I have found that the progress can vary a lo sometimes. On the worst days i would get only 6 percent or so, but I was able to place it a few times in a way that got me 1 percent an hour approx. Didn't really matter muggy to me though because I was able to do this afk in the end. Still need 8 percent though.
