This one is actually incredibly simple and the better way to play the game.

So basically in the game there is a currency called Adam that is used to buy and upgrade your plasmids and tonics in the game. This currency is only gained from Little Sisters. With the exception of the first Little Sister you have to fight and kill a big daddy that is guarding the Little Sister. After this you are given the option to harvest or save the Little Sister. For the achievement you want to make sure you save every Little Sister you encounter, you DO NOT have to deal with every Little Sister in the game you just have save the ones you do. I recommend you save right before making the choice just incase you press the wrong button in which case you can reload and try again.

On the topic of Adam you get more upfront for harvesting the Little Sisters but every 3 you save you are given a gift of Adam which comes out to more.

Edit: A couple people are saying this achievement didn't pop for them at the end of the game so make sure you save right before the final fight and if it doesn't pop just run through the final fight again

Edit 2: Some people are saying it's specific to survivor difficulty some are saying it's not. I did have the game on survivor difficulty when I got it so try turning the game to survivor difficulty right before stabbing Atlas for the 4th time

Edit 3: basically the servers are sensitive so it doesn't seem difficulty specific but you may have to retry the final fight if it doesn't pop
DarkenedGreyTo those that may run into this problem. I completed the game and didn't get this achievement when i clearly saved every little sister. Don't worry, just reload the save before Fontaine and redo the boss fight and you should get it.

wildwest08Same thing happened to me as DarkenedGrey. I would add this to your solution

HellishSeraphimIt didn't work for me. =/ I'll try once more but I do have other playthroughs to do.

James CarrHellishSeraphim did you try reloading the Atlas fight and playing through it again? The achievement should pop during the very last cut scene of the game if you didn't harvest any Little Sisters.

FNSUITE GHOSTThis achievement for the X1 version is DIFFICULTY specific. You have to do it on survivor difficulty . I had the same problem and it wouldn't unlock on hard and I replayed the boss 10 times like people suggested. I then messaged people and everyone I spoke with said they did it unlocked at same time as survivor difficulty achievement . I tried on survivor and it unlocked first try. Seems to be difficulty specific unlike the previous versions. Might want to edit solution...

The Index CaseMine also did not unlock. I did get the Brass Balls and Defeat Atlas achievements. I reloaded the last save and changed the difficulty to easy. The fight took about 1 minute and this achievement unlocked after the fight.

AyerowIt took me having to redo the fight to get this achivo

SashamorningMine's worse... Apparently my save files from before the fight are glitching and I have to go back several levels to get a good save.

Worse, when I take the bathysphere to Haephastus, it told me that I hadn't gotten ANY of the three on that level. Even though I have the "dealt with all" achievement.

Something's wonky...

AwolTurtle8It doesn't have to be on survivor difficulty. I replayed Fontaine on easy and it popped for me. I have a feeling that if you are trying to do the glitch for brass balls and seriously good at this it corrupts the save some how for the little sisters.

FletchLives82Switched the difficulty right at the end. Got all achievements, minus the vita chamber one.

MeraMeraNoAcePlayed through the entire game on hard mode saving every little sister and only got brass balls and defeatead atlas cheevos as I had already had the "dealt with every little sister" one, reloaded the fight just before atlas got him down to just one stab left then changed difficulty to survival and got "little sister saviour" and "seriously good at this"

Hope this helps!

GriZzly GRiPI can confirm what Mera said. I switched to survival right at the end and the two achievements popped

deluxnugsseems to me as this is just an example of the normal xbox live server based achievement problems. Why would they add that to the survivor mode while leaving every thing else alone?

KanchanaburiI agree, it seems brass balls makes this acheivement not unlock. I too had to redo it on a second kill through of the boss when I did my survivor unlock.

thatNoseyParkerCan confirm, reloaded my Fontaine save, switched to survivor right before final needle, pop pop.

FireRaiser1985No pop for me the first time. Loaded save, and changed to Survivor difficulty just before the last needle. Achievement unlocked.

wolfzero01I did the glitch for getting the brass balls achievement, it didn't pop, but doing the glitch again for the survivor one both it and the little sister one popped. I think doing the glitch to get both brass balls and the survivor one causes the problem.

Hercules SR117Just wanted to add, that this cheevo didn't pop for me on my hard/no vita-chamber playthrough. I replayed the final encounter and switched to survivor and got the little sister saviour cheevo and the seriously good at this cheevo at the same time.

Ostrowidzki1989I played on easy all the way up to the last boss until he had one hit left. First time I got no vita chambers and brass balls. After that, I reloaded and got the little sister and survivor achievement.

I'm one of the many that had to finish on survivor to get the little sister achievement too.

DevilWithin08I also completed it on easy, switched to hardest difficulty and only got Brass Balls and Defeat atlas. Like others, reloaded save, switched to survivor difficulty, just after pressing A for the last time, the rest unlocked.

risselessI got this the first time, playing regularly on normal difficulty, popped as soon as the cutscene started.

scotwolf2didn't pop first time whilst on hard, quickly reloaded last save, replayed last level on easy and thankfully it popped

DURDENS WRATHDoes anyone know if the little sister glitch affects this?
Posted by DURDENS WRATH on 04 Apr 18 at 14:28
tatiuskiiYes, the glitch still exists but make sure you save before fighting Atlas, reload it, fight him again and the achievement will pop

XiRe x HarveyI’ve tried replaying it 5 times now, on different difficulties and everything, it still hasn’t popped. I definitely did not drain a single Little Sister.

Edit: Finally got it. So what I was doing was reloading the save file that the game does for you (when you reach the top of the elevator just before the final fight). So instead of that I reloaded my manual save file from the mission before, the one where you escort the girl and she drains 3 bodies, replayed that whole mission, because I saved at the start. So save at the end of that mission, before you even step in the elevator. Hope that helps anyone who replayed and it still didn’t pop. Btw, it unlocked on Easy difficulty.

GHOSTFIRE403Also confirming that switching the difficulty to Survivor right before putting the final needle in Atlas made this achievement and 'Seriously Good at This' pop.
Posted by GHOSTFIRE403 on 04 Jun 19 at 17:02
Its DanYeah, I had to reload and switch the difficulty and this popped. Had me worried then.
Posted by Its Dan on 22 Jul 19 at 13:17
xhannaaaI also had to switch to survivor before the final needle for this to unlock.
Posted by xhannaaa on 15 Mar at 09:06
PPF17Same as others, had to switch to survivor for this to unlock

SmackerlyI got this on Survivor after using the trick to get the brass balls achievement. Didn't pop on hard but did on Survivor so this may actually be difficulty specific.
