I had such a hard time finding 100% in every room and couldn't find the
information that I had to restart the game to make sure I didn't miss
anything, so as I was doing it, I listed everything. Since the work was done,
I just formated it and then voila.
Hope this helps.
P.S.: I didn't include the instructions to do the game itself since there's
already one.

* For the rest of the Owlery, you need to wait until you have come back from
christmas and fought at Hagrid's Hut. After that, do the "Colin Creevey"
mission at the Owlery With the help of Colin you can now burn the plant
and go up the tower.
40% Go up to the second ledge and as you move to the left, you will it a
bird and make it fly away
53% Then go down on ledge and go right to it another bird and make it fly away
* Now if you go left, you hit the window that you must go through for the
