This guide is an extension of Fatal Mentality's Save Cheat Trick. This glitch still works as of 8/21/10. Here are the steps:

1) Start a new game and set the difficulty to Sith Master
2) Complete the prologue
3) At the beginning of the Tie Fighter Facility input the following codes:
Maximum Force powers Enter KATARN
Amplified light saber damage Enter LIGHTSABER
All Force combos Enter MOLDYCROW
All lightsaber crystals Enter HURRIKANE (BEWARNED! entering this code will prevent you from winning the jedi holocron collector achievement, so if you are planning on going for the collector achievement on your sith master playthrough, skip this code. If not, Sigil is a must as it significantly strengthens your lightning attacks)
All Force Talents Enter JOCASTA
4) In the Tie Fighter Facility, enter the first main room and kill all of the rebels and stormtroopers
5) Destroy 5 hanging tie fighters to complete a bonus objective giving you a yellow force talent sphere
6) Go to the Force Talents tab of the Force Upgrades menu and press X to reset your Force Talents
7) Then go back to the input code screen and reenter the code JOCASTA
8) Repeat steps 6 & 7 until you have around 200 extra Force Talent spheres
9) Use Force grip on the main doors to leave the hangar and go down the hallway. This triggers an autosave point even though it won't be shown on the screen
10) Die. There are some rebels down the hallway with stun batons that can take care of this for you
11) Once your game reloads, Exit to Main Menu
12) Select Continue
13) Manually save your game
14) QUIT TO XBOX 360 DASHBOARD AND RESTART THE GAME FROM THERE
** You will know that you've done it right if after restarting from the Dashboard your character still has all Force Upgrades AND you can save your game. Basically, if you can save, you can win achievements.

The reason you want 200 extra Force Talent spheres is because as you play, if you are ever about to die, you can press the start button, press X to reset your Force Talents, manually reapply all of them, and when you exit the menu to return to the game, you will have full health and force power. This is really helpful against some of the tougher bosses.
TridenterTried this method and it worked perfectly. Great tip about the extra Force Talent spheres, really came in handy.

KokeMontoyathanks for the tip, help me a lot...especially in felucia and agains the last 3 bosses...

studlybambiThe extra Force Talent spheres are amazing. The only time that I have died was if I fell off a cliff. I never have any problem with bosses. It seriously makes this game much less frustrating. Great guide.

InsaneFlameIndeed, the force talent spears are what makes this difficulty manageable for someone who's not great at the game. Many thanks to the original poster. Works great.

Moe Syslack 80Excellent! As of 10-17-2010 this still works.

Vinicius MentiWith all these cheats, how easy does the game get on that difficulty? just like sith lord?
Posted by Vinicius Menti on 08 Nov 10 at 13:18
Tyrone HoneybeeI wouldn't say it makes it easy. Some of the boss fights and larger enemies are still tough. In my opinion, this method just takes the frustration out of playing and makes beating the game on this difficulty enjoyable without taking forever. Gaming purists may not like this method, but for the rest of us who don't have 24 hours a day to play, it makes this achievement manageable.
Posted by Tyrone Honeybee on 08 Nov 10 at 13:34
Vinicius MentiYeah Tyrone you are right, it was a lot easier but really got me nervous to get this one quick hehe. It is sad they had to up the difficulty to that insane level, I've played many games on hard or insane but this one is very very hard.

And thanks man for this nice setup, it worked fine. One extra vote to you!
Posted by Vinicius Menti on 16 Nov 10 at 15:43
JAVii AiRquick question... using this method, does it have to be done in one sitting?
Posted by JAVii AiR on 05 Dec 10 at 03:53
Tyrone HoneybeeNo. Once you complete the steps above, you can play through the rest of the game normally. You can save and quit and return later to keep playing. YOU ONLY HAVE TO DO THE ABOVE STEPS ONCE AT THE VERY BEGINNING! If you want to double check that the glitch is still in effect when you return to the game, just press X and make sure all your force upgrades are still there.

JODAWhow does having all those 200 plus force talent help thats the bit i dont understand. So if i am about to die reset them so i have none left and go back into the game but then do i have to put in the password again to gain them back
Posted by JODAW on 04 Feb 11 at 23:27
Tyrone HoneybeeJODAW, if ever you are about to die, pause the game and go into the menu screen. Tab over to Force Talents, and press X to reset them. Without leaving the Force Talents screen, manually reset all of your Force Talent Spheres. Then, when you exit the menu screen and return to the game, you will have full health and force power. You will still have all of your Force Talents and you will not have to reenter any passwords. Each time you do this, you will expend 1 Force Talent Sphere required for the reset - that's the reason I recommended stockpiling 200 extra, but that should really be far more than you need. Hope this helps.
Posted by Tyrone Honeybee on 05 Feb 11 at 14:39
JODAWNice one Tyrone yep thanks for that it helped a big deal i dont think i would have finished this game on sith master without having the option of resetting my health so grreat guide and a big 1+ from me. Thanks for your help

Js2Deathdoes this keep you from getting the 500 lighting shield, repulse, and lighting attack achievements
Posted by Js2Death on 01 Jul 11 at 07:32
Tyrone HoneybeeNo, it does not. I was able to get the 500 lightning kills easily during my Sith Master playthrough. However, I didn't used lightning shield and repulse enough to get those. If I remember right (it's been a long time since I played this) you can choose to replay a mission. I think I just replayed the section in the TIE fighter hangar (where you do the glitch described above) over and over until I racked up enough lightning shield kills. You can get the repulse kills as Vader on the Prologue at the Wookie bridge section (the wookies infinitely respawn on the bridges so just don't advance until you have 500 repulse kills).
Posted by Tyrone Honeybee on 01 Jul 11 at 10:36
HyruleBalverineThis is a nice bit of help once you've fought through a "replay" only to find out that you don't get the achievement without playing through the prologue again with the harder difficulty. How annoying. Thanks Tyrone Honeybee; thumbs up from me!

Posted by Kizzle39 on 21 Oct 11 at 13:19
Tyrone HoneybeeI'm not sure if updating affects this guide or not. I know that I didn't clear my cache or anything when I did it. Perhaps one of the other commenters knows for sure, but my guess is that updates don't affect this guide.

Posted by theEchness on 19 Aug 12 at 16:14
theEchnessGot it. This is the BEST solution to one of the most frustrating games EVER! The boss fight on Felucia and the emperor were the worst. So cheap. i bet i used the reset/reapply trick 20 to 30 times on each of those boss fights. Thank you very much.

KingOfAllGreeksits not working for me. i think im not doing it right. i follow all the steps until step 13 where it says save manually. how do i do that?
Posted by KingOfAllGreeks on 30 Aug 12 at 11:31
Tyrone HoneybeeKing- once you are killed (step 10), the game reloads and you exit to the main menu (step 11), and you select 'continue' from the main menu to return to your game (step 12), all you need to do is press start to bring up the in-game menu and select the option to save your game. That is what is meant by "manually save". An auto-save won't work. Don't forget about step 14 though. You must quit to the dashboard as soon as the manual save is complete.
Posted by Tyrone Honeybee on 31 Aug 12 at 01:18
KingOfAllGreekswhen i did the game i maually saved it on the tie fighter level could that have screwed stuff up?

DebrimbaThe "LIGHTSABER" cheat isn't working for me. I need to enter it after every loading screen. Otherwise, it turns everything in the game into a one-hit kill, even all of the bosses. I haven't gotten the achievement, yet, but I think I'm going to kill the final boss without the cheat (i.e. legit) just to make sure because I can't save after entering the lightsaber cheat. Basically, I need to enter the cheat after every loading screen and repeat the guide from step 10 whenever I want to save my game. I'll post another comment on whether or not a get the achievement.
Posted by Debrimba on 10 Dec 13 at 09:45
KelvinJust got it. I can confirm this method still works as of December 30th, 2013.

Wow... just...wow... I don't understand how this would be possible without this method. I have been stuck on some parts even with the cheats. All I have to say is fuck those tin-man robots. If you got this legitimately, you are a God among men. You should be paid to game. wave

MakeMeACoffeeIn case anybody is wondering:

You can enter the SITHSPAWN cheat ot unlock the hardest difficulty off the bat. This means only one playthrough! (Copy your save via the dashboard when you have to choose endings)

FoolsAndKingsGreat guide and precise. I wouldn't have got through it without my nearly 200 retries.

Some of the battles are a bitch and you need those 2nd, 3rd and even 15th + regen to get past them. This game must be impossible without this technique. Cheers +1

MoneyShot360Is it possible to do this 1 run by changing the difficulty after the prologue with the SITHSPAWN code or do you actually have to start a new game on Sith Master and complete the prologue on Sith Master?
Posted by MoneyShot360 on 17 May 16 at 14:45
forced2change@moneyshot360 - To be safe, I would not change the difficulty. Maybe someone else has experience doing that but you might as well as not chance it. Just my opinion.
Posted by forced2change on 18 May 16 at 01:55
MoneyShot360To confirm, it does not work. In summary, I started my first play through on Sith Lord. Used SITHSPAWN after the prologue and then changed the difficulty to Sith Master. Beat the game on Sith Master. Upon beating the game, I was only awarded achievements for Sith Lord and down. Not sure if it would have mattered if one changed the difficulty during the prologue, but looks like you have to start a playthrough and finish it on a difficulty at, or higher, then what you picked. Time to start a 2nd game and fly through the areas.

wwjdandyFinishing Darth Vader off is much easier than fighting The Emperor.

I found the convergence array hardest. Tips:
1) use the crystal that gives extra damage from force lightening: vital for these enemies.
2) drop down onto the narrow ledge at the end of the starting platform and then jump down to land above the 2 AT-STs. Hide in the corner til that approach then force lightening from cover. Rinse and repeate.
3) choose your approach: some guides talk about killing just the 5-6 jump troopers and 2 snipers on the top level, then landing on the observation platform and force gripping the lock open to force the cutscene and avoid the fight. I found the dark troopers still hit me from both sides and I didn't have enough time to complete opening the airlock, even with the invincibility halocron, then swapping sides to activate might ending shield to full.
4) My approach worked for me: go up one side using the graviton beams killing the enemies on each level on the way and again on the other side on the way down. Do not jump / fall while the beam is on unless you have super spatial awareness.
5) force push the jump troopers while the 8 green beams are on. Run round the rim of the graviton beam so you don't get hummed by the jump troopers.
6) force bed dash if the sniper gets a lock on you.
7) drop a few rings on the observation platgorm to break up the figth, allow you to theow, and give you space to recharge. Bed shadow guards are easy. Hold lightening shield til fully charged.
8) Keep away from the black Shadow Guard til his 4 apprentices are dead
9) The black Shadow Guard has an unblock able attack that he charges. That will kill 75% of your max health, so don't go toe to toe for more than an XXY & stab.
10) I found the 5 shadow guards much easier than clearing the room.
11) chest still works, although not used in initial sith master walk through.
12) be kind to yourself and don't keep hitting your head off the same strategy repeated again and again, change it up.
13) PS dark troopers easily get stuck trying to walk past the naked ceiling, therefore force them to-do that by swapping platforms by jumping across by the 4 TV screen, lightening storm, repeat.
14) any halocron fully restores health.

CarlosMaestre85September/2018 and it works, and will probably always work since there are no more updates to cover this kind of exploit.

I would like to give multiple thumbs up to this solution because it has been mostly a breeze. I entered JOCASTA to have near 200 sparring points, but until now only used about 5.

The Junkyard boss that everyone complains: electrify him and be patient.

I struggled in the last portion of Imperial Kashyyyk disabling the skyhook, but went the coward's way and patiently electrified those purges.
Posted by CarlosMaestre85 on 06 Sep 18 at 17:30
