Load up Chapter 'Blood, Sweat & Tears' when you come to the doorway where you can press B to grab the guy from behind, press B again to execute, pause, reload last checkpoint and do 30 times. I did this after completing the game and must have done it around 25 times then the achievement popped up.
This is also a good point to get the 'Chinese Waltz' Achievement, killing 5 enemies without losing your human shield
crewdyDefo the easiest method, I'd only done it about 3-4 times after finishing the story; this took 2 minutes. You can also get "Catch!" by throwing him into the guy in front as well.

CormacSee also Chapter 5 "Coming Home" which has a guy to take as human shield in the first room you come to. It is possible to grab more of these enemies too meaning it takes less retries.

Vor Calv 06I gave positive for the solution but it has to be said Cormac's solution is better and faster as the first guy is right there after load up. And after a few goes you can grab 2-3-4 only once I had 5 executions in one try before death. Which then loads straight back to first guy saving you from pausing and restarting the checkpoints. :-)

Guile132There's a completely easier method which is less time consuming than this.
