As of now this appears to be buggy and neither tracking nor unlocking. I will update this again if it gets fixed or we can figure out how to make it work.

According to OneGrumpyUncle in the comments this is a known issue and the developers are working on a fix.
I'll do my best to update this as soon as I can after the update goes live.

And it's been fixed already. If it's not working for you restart your game and even your Xbox to see if that helps. I did it in the Nomad so that one definitely works.

You should have the majority of these done from doing

Just go to the airport or the highway to knock out the rest in the buggy of your choosing.
TukaitauaIt appears this may be bugged, as I have used every buggy in the game to get well over 20 speed skills and it refuses to unlock.

MushaConvoySame here, nothing is making the achievement progress. Have tried most speed-related skills, though admittedly not to "ultimate" level, nothing progresses it.

lipsi99Yes, bugged. Tried Alumicraft and Polaris 1000 EPS on two separate Xbox Ones (different accounts). Tracker shows no progress.

VaancorBugged here as well. Just drove around the airstrip for 20 minutes and no dice. Unlocked the other 3 no problem. Hopefully be patched soon.

PuffinMooseI was told this was "fixed" if you used the Alumi Craft 10 Race car, and this just worked for me. I didn't get any update to the game beforehand.
