This can be unlocked in the level "Chicken Barn"
After the inital scene where you suck up the chicken cage, raccoon, motor bike, etc...you will go to a cutscene in a bathroom. After the text message sequence you will be sent to an online store where you are tasked to buy a catapult. Before you hit the "done" button to leave the store, buy the energy drinks.
