Weirdly enough I had the same issue. I'm going back through playing this on easy for the par time achievements, but maybe a month ago when I played on Legendary the jump was still there. Not sure if they patched it. It would ruin world record speeds if so. Doesn't make sense to patch it 10 years later either.

Jump still works fine for me

The jump worked a-okay for me. Focus on going straight up first to reach the upper hallway instead of trying to head up AND to the door at the same time. My apologies if that doesn't make sense 100%

For whatever reason, I also had trouble with the jet-pack shortcut today (i.e. the jet-pack jump at 6:48 from the “cross-bracing” to the next battle site). For those having similar difficulties, there’s a relatively simple workaround: Instead of jet-packing from the lowest rung of the "cross-bracing" straightaway to the next battle site (as in the video), first jet-pack straight up from the lowest rung of the cross-bracing up to the second and (if necessary) the third rung of the cross-bracing, and only then jet-pack across to the next battle site. It will take an additional 20-30 seconds of your time, but if you’re unable (for whatever reason) to do the jet-pack jump in the video, it’s still much quicker than fighting your way up across staircases and skywalks.

The big jump absolutely does not work on PC anymore. Not even close. Geomancy's solution is the most correct. After 2 deaths trying it silver's way, did it in 17:30.
