If create your own player, you won't be able to participate in the first Grand Slam of the season, so you won't be able to get this achievement until the second season. I would recommend starting a career with an existing player (Nadal for me). Change settings for all matches to 1 game, 1 set, and Rookie difficulty level. You can conceivably play only the four grand slam events for the season and "rest" for all other weeks. It takes approximately 10 mins to win a Grand Slam event, so should be able to get this achievement in less than an hour.
I personally always prefer to serve, and I play serve and volley. Makes each point go by fast (generally it's serve, opposing player returns, and then get a volley winner).
