Sometimes Bagley will randomly hit you up and tell you that one of your operators has been kidnapped, just finish that mission and this achievement will unlock. check your Missions list for any available revenge mission. If not, just continue with other things and it'll happen.

I finally had the mission but my operative died because of a grenade dropped by someone dying. Missions was failed and it has never been given to me since. I finished the story now and I fear I am softblocked. Suggestions anybody?

This achievement did not pop for me through the story and now I am sitting with just the drinking achievement left as well as this one, I have let my character stand there for hours and no one has been kidnapped. Think it is bugged for me

@Frankie same thing for me. I have now completed everything else in the game, this is the last achievement to get. No one has been kidnapped in my game except for that mission
