I will spare you the BS and let you know of a little exploit I found when I purchased one of the Barrier abilities. (This can be unlocked before the segment where you have to find the phone key in the laundry room. This is currently the best and easiest way to get Moth keys and to get all the upgrade abilities achievements.)
Must have at least collected 3 to 5 moth keys in order to do this exploit.
Maximum level upgrade you can reach is 5 on each ability.
(This can be unlocked through a single playthrough and you can even unlock all the Moth abilities by doing this exploit.)
(Note this will be easier if you just save the game just in case for whatever reason there happens to be a bug and you can't use or spend the moth key's to upgrade you're abilities.)
There is a upgrade "moth" box at the hotels older wing, you can't miss it, it is near where the laundry room is, don't go into the laundry room, head straight and it should be near some windows with a green couch that also has a moth key on the chair.
Once you find the Moth box, open the Moth box and just max out the Barrier abilities as much as you can.
If you managed to max it all out congrats you unlocked the achievement, However you will not want to stop here.
The first barrier ability you unlock is where you can get a moth key when you successfully block a door when the stalker is on the other side.
This is very important because you can just spam this and get as many moth key's as you want in order to upgrade all the ability's in the game.
(Run into the door or just call your stalker over to you by pressing the Left D-pad to make sure they come over to the door you want to block.
To block the door from the stalker just go up to the door and hold down the X button, after that the stalker will approach the door and a quick time prompt will appear, do it and after you blocked the door you will get you're moth key.)
"Be sure to immediately move forward to the door a little bit and hold X to block the door again, this may take a little practice to just be able to spam it like a pro. but just keep repeating this process in order to get more moth key's." (If the stalker just gives up on the other side just press the Left D-pad to call them over to the door.)
Spam this method until you have unlocked all the Moth abilities in the game.
