Throughout your settlement there are small highlighted red statues (they look like a red drake) that allow you to place a “Decorative Element”/item for customization purposes. You must place one item at each location to unlock this achievement. You can place the same item at all locations. It does not have to be a different item for each location.

You need to reach settlement level 4 for all locations to appear.

There are 16 locations which can be seen below:

Pink Freud PhDNo dice, placed 'em all and not unlocking.

FYI I was able to unlock this after loading an old save and attempting again.

El PerplexoBugged for me as well, can't do anything, have changed two time the whole set of decor and nothing is happening

DevorianDevilUnlocked after i completed the mead lovers challenge, checked challenge in ubisoft connect, saved, quit to titlescreen and it popped

bbsteviebIs it required to build every house before the cosmetic spot appears? I leveled up the fowl farm a couple of times and now i fear i won't be able to find enough raw materials to build the remaining houses.

Metal CrusherNo, it's not required to build every house before cosmetic spots appear. All the cosmetic spots will appear and be available after you reach settlement level 4 regardless of what you have built and haven't built in your settlement.

TheBigBBAh thanks for mentioning the one below the tree. I think I always passed it up because once I decided I didn't care about altering the tree, I assumed that this one was actually the one FOR the tree when I saw it.

midibenniMe too. Around the tree are two dragons, one of them is for the tree itself and the other is for an extra place in front of the tree. i mistake one. i thought i already done the tree but it was for an extra field infront of the tree.
