Im not certain if this is specifically how this works but I have seen people posting issues about the achievement not unlocking for them.

For me personally - I killed an enemy as his grenade was still physically flying through the air towards me after being thrown, before it landed. This is how it unlocked for me - might be worth trying for those who are stuck.

This was very early on so I can’t say whether or not it needs to be part of a certain kind of job or encounter etc. Good luck
MoulsdaleHaving seen a play through video of this achievement, it does look like you have to kill them whilst the grenade is still in the air. This makes things a bit trickier but knowing what to do always helps!

Goat Of God 101Yeah, you have to be really quick and kill the guy right after he's thrown the grenade. Best done on easy difficulty. as soon as you see the grenade indicator, run up and shoot them in the face. I did it during one of the

IthillienxbI got a bit lucky with this one, but it is actually very easy. The moment you find an enemy who throws grenades, just clear all the other enemies, hide and wait until he throws another grenade, then, as soon as the indicator pops, kill him.

UCantSeeHunteri did it on accident, but i've found that if you go to an easy territory with gorilla gloves, you can pop that lil bi*ch right where he stand before it even explodes if you're close enough. just make sure your damage dealt is enough to get your "one punch man" on

MiST 1001Just unlocked it - in my case the grenade landed but exploded after I killed the enemy
