For this achievement, all you have to do is find a room with a pool in it and press cn_A to drink from it. The rooms are randomized every run so there’s no definite floor / spot where a pool will be located.

JEBERNARDIt could take 1 minute or 25 minutes. The layout of each floor is randomized every run and you have to move around the map to find it. It might be in the space next to you or not on the floor at all.

MichalKVThumbs up. Also pool is not guaranteed to even spawn. I cleared out everything and there was no pool.
