Make your way over to the Record Shop, now named "The Magpie Emporium". When you enter, walk past Steph and the counter she's standing behind and look down and to the left of the guitar display with the blue backlight and decorative frame. You'll see "Valkyrie's Dish" that you'll need to interact with. Hold "LT" and then the "A" button, listen to the memory play out and the achievement will pop!
