This has to be done on original but can be quick games. Either play against 1 AI or another controller (AI is probably quicker).

- Always choose career rather than college as you'll get 10k to start rather than 100k debt. The game only lasts 5 turns so you're unlikely to get any benefit from a higher paying job.

- Don't bother with a long-term investment, keep the 10k.

- Upon retirement, choose the millionaires estate and make sure you pick the 50k Life Token if you retire first

- To speed things up you can skip the animation of the spinner and the players moving by pressing 'A'

Should take about 10 minutes to complete a game. If you think you're getting hammered after 2 moves you can quit but it's usually worth contining as one turn can easily put you back in the lead.
Make sure you work on the other Game of Life achievements before doing this as you'll rack up a few wins to get you started.
DaywalkerUKThanks, edited. Good call on picking college with the other controller. I found it quicker to play against the AI as you don't have to play the mini-games, but you're pretty much guaranteed a win using your method.

DelithAI might be quicker for each individual game but against another controller is still the quickest by far for grinding this out. Even one win by the AI loses you ten minutes. The mini games are a small price to pay to guarantee ten wins. I lost my first two games to AI before plugging in a controller and wasted almost 30 minutes. After the controller I never lost a game.

Filthy RaiderIf you get to buying a house just go for the Log Cabin: $100K and $20K profit. The dearer ones have the same profit so pointless buying them. On the 'Wedding Dance' you only get $15K as a top 'prize' and I think it maxs out at 16/17 points, so do the easy ones and don't worry about the others.

VauIt Boy 111I had an issue where the game glitched and iI couldn’t unlock certain achievements pretty sure it was game of life that glitched it. Advice would be going forward concentrate on all the small achievements first for example not the 10 games on life or mousetrap once you’ve done that if you’re sure you have won 10 games and it’s still not unlocking.

As long as it won’t interfere with other achievements you’re working on delete the save from your hard drive always save to there when playing. Once you’ve deleted it go back and press y on your hard drive and clear your system cache this won’t delete any of your saves don’t worry it will just delete updates. Disconnect your internet so it can’t update. Play the game offline create a new save on the hard drive pick a game where you need the 10 wins once committed DO NOT turn off your console til you have the achievement but the AI can mostly win nearly all the time so get a turbo controller to just to the work for you where it just constantly presses the A button. Just keep playing the games over and over again it took me 5 hours with a turbo controller to get this you will be pulling your hair out without a turbo controller so save yourself time and stress by borrowing or investing in one you will struggle to get this unless you’re happy to leave your aged console on over night. If you have to switch your console off for any reason or it crashes delete your save and do it all from scratch follow the guide all over again and also do not back out to the plaza stay in the game loop til you get the achievement.
