This is Chapter 2-2 it is actually very easy but here are a few tips anyways
1 you have to shoot a barrel of light to actually effect him
2 after that barrel of light is shot shoot him in the head
and 3 when he takes the goat head look for the red building
rinse and repeat until he is dead, well defeated
