You don't actually need to tune the car at all. All you need to do is go to Upgrade > Tune Setup > Start > Save Current Setup, give it a name, once its saved cheevo will pop.
MetalheadRR3Has anyone had an issue with this? When I try to save a tuning set up it tells me my save file is corrupt. I don't want to delete the file and start over and I don't have problems with any other aspect of the game ... is there a way to get around this?

Guinness Drinkr^ I'm having the same issue, tried on a new game and it still didn't work. I really don't want to delete my save game either.

TheJJJunkI had the corruption issue as well. What I did to get around the issue was quit to the Xbox dashboard, re-launched the game, this time choosing a different hard drive (in my case, "Cloud Saved Games") than the one on which my main saved game resides, and then it worked.
