This is only a translation from Mr Dubois solution:

For success in a day I suggest you to take the Marathon mode. Take a blanket and shake it. It is necessary that your head appears. We lose about 5500 calories per hour

Second technique using the Marathon mode. Pull up a chair covered with a blanket. when loading in the beginning of the activity hide yourself behind the chair. You going to lose between 200 and 3000 calories an hour without doing anything.

ChuckieJAny idea if calories transfer from the first game more than just on first boot up? Maybe I should just try myself...
