Dead easy. Load up the level floodgates, (ratatouille level on the right) at the beginning of the level there are 3 tennis balls to throw. You can throw the same one 20 times on the 20th throw the cheevo will pop.
Thanks to Wayens for pointing out that this does not have to be done in one go. It can be done on multiple tries at the level.

WayensIt doesn't even have to be in the same session. So you don't have to feel "rush"ed to do it all in one go. ;p
