In the Xbox LIVE section, join a quick ranked match of the Face-Off variety. You can intentionally lose the match and earn this Achievement, but you'll probably earn it while trying to win your first ranked Face-Off unless you get that one on the first try.

LIBERT4DErrm you can't fail in Face-Off....

Finallife6 actually has the best solution here since you can't quit out and you can't fail face-off matches. lol
