There are 13 chapters in the offline story mode known as the "Campaign", finish the 7th chapter to unlock.
Can be done on any difficulty.
It's a good idea to destroy as many buildings as possible whilst using the UAV on this level to work towards the "Demolish Part 2" achievement.
