This is the London Monitor Boss Fight on Uber Difficulty. In the first phase, you will want to fire at the head area when it glows red with the LKW. Do so quickly because if you don't it will fire a very damaging attack at you. Once you hit the red spot it will open up it's "arms" to fire missiles at you, once again fire at them before they get launched. Hitting one of the six missile launchers will halt it's attack. You will repeat this until all six launchers are destroyed.
The last phase you need to hit the head like usual but now you will have to fire at a spot underneath. You will want to hide initially just enough that the turrets at it base can't hit you. Then when the head is charging start heading to the boss and after you hit the spot run like mad while not getting stepped on. Hit the spot underneath and repeat one more time to finish the boss.
