Fast Travel to the Viewpoint (417,-622) in the Lower Manhattan District in New York and keep the Viewpoint in Mind. Go right hand forward to the Street / Lawn and you see on the Rooftop a Stalker and 2 Stalker / Enemies on the Street.
Go closer to the 3 and the Stalker from the Rooftop attacks you as first. To Counter their Attacks, press cn_B and then cn_X for the Kill. If you kill the Woman, the other 2 Enemies enter the Fight. Kill this 2 Enemies in the same manner (counter -> Kill). After that, use fast travel again to the Viewpoint from above (417,-622). All Enemies are now reset and you can repeat the Steps from above until the Achievement unlocks.

You boost also the Stalker killer Achievment on this Location. It takes about 10-15 minutes for both Achievements.

Zasta 360GameTVI dont rehash, this is atm the best Spot for both Achievements and many Users found this Place (and tell me) but it's your opinion and your vote. I knew the Solution not from bishop until I posted here and thanks again to downvote my Guides.......

PunkRawkSoldierIf you've noticed I upvoted your other solutions. They are helpful. I suggest that you check to see what solutions are already in place before posting yours. We don't need 5 solutions from different people showing pretty much the same thing. bishop SWE posted first and yours was almost exactly the same as his. Thats's why I downvoted, not that I am required to give justification.

Zasta 360GameTVThat is TA, you have for any Achievement tons of Solution and that is good and the Ghost of TA. As example, bishop have a short Guide, my Guide explains the same a little more deeper. The User can choose now which Solution they used.
