Each chapter has YouTube video(s) below. If you follow these videos, you will net you all of that chapter's achievements.
There is a written guide for the "達人" achievement at the bottom, just in case you want a text walkthrough rather than use the videos supplied.
As mentioned on the previous page, you can use cheats by plugging in a USB keyboard and pressing the following:
Invincibility: Hold Left Shift+Right Shift+P and hit G.
Level Skip: Hold Left Shift+L and hit the End key. This will end the level for you giving you 0XP for that mission. Only use it for the "Blitzkrieg" and "Legend" achievements.
Note: Invincibility appears to not work at first, but it does. It's just that your health wraps around back to full when it depletes.

Well let's start at the beginning of our story with Violette Summer.
Make sure you read the secret objectives and letter locations at the beginning of each mission, so you don't miss any. Note that some missions do not have any.
The Lost - Valley
Mission 1
The Lost Valley (Total 1000 EXP)
1) (Knight's Cross 1 of 5) Once you climb up the ladder kill the Nazi and go backwards past the ladders until you reach some boxes with this collectible. (100 EXP)
2) (Signet Ring 1 of 7) The third guard (the one who patrols) has this one on his body. Once you kill him press ‘A’ to search him for this collectible. (100 EXP)
3) (Lighter 1 of 5) Where the patrolling guard stops at the top of the path there is some boxes beside him that has the collectible. Will be on the side closest to the fence. (100EXP)
4) (Sniper Badge 1 of 6) There will be 2 huts in the final area, 1 with the morphine and one with the collectible. I recommend getting this one after number 5. (100 EXP)
5) (Silver Cigar Box 1 of 3) Once you kill the guard using morphine go to the other sandbags and it is on the floor in plain sight. (300 EXP)
• Secret objective (No 1) : You must kill all 4 enemies silently. The one on top of the bunker where you get morphine cannot be killed, but the guard in front of the bunker must be killed with morphine. (300 EXP)
Completion of the secret objective and getting all the collectibles here will net you:

The Lost - Fuel Storage
Mission 2
The Lost - Fuel Storage (Total 1100 EXP)
1) (Hanseatic Cross Hamburg 1 of 6) Once you push the box go to the left and there will be one on the shelf. (100 EXP)
2) (Harmonica 1 of 5) When you enter the main room there will be a set of boxes in front of you with a medikit. Go around these boxes and you will find the collectible around the other side. (100 EXP)
3) (Signet Ring 2 of 7) When you kill the guy by the radio search him for a key and go straight out of that room, hug the right wall until you get to a locked door. The collectible is behind the door on a shelf. (100 EXP)
4) (Telescope 1 of 3) Run all the way to the top of the stairs. It will be on one of the shelves in this room. (300 EXP)
5) (Edelweiss Badge 1 of 5) This one is beside the car in the garage room in-between the last door and the car near the wall. (100 EXP)
6) (Pocket Flask 1 of 5) While in the gas chamber area, go to where the big red tanks are. It is behind these (I believe the middle one you can use your light to see better when you will all the enemies). (100 EXP)
• Letter (No 1): On the table – When you get to the room with the radio and high ranking officer it is on the table in this room.
• Secret objective (No 2): Find The Wine Bottle – In the room that has the fan shadow with 2 enemies (one in a tank top and one in a high ranking officers uniform) it will be in a locker on the same wall as the door you enter in Use knife to break the boards. (300 EXP)
Finishing the chapter completing the secret objective and getting all collectibles will net you:

Mission 3
Death of the butcher - Cathedral (Total 1400 EXP)
1) (Music Box 1 of 3) When you first start the level this will be on the ground near the first ladder behind a box. (300 EXP)
2) (Knight's Cross 2 of 5) This one is outside behind the wall with the fuse box on it near the area with the radio and wooden bridge. (100 EXP)
3) (Sniper Badge 2 of 6) This one is near a guard in the sewer area on the barrel. (100 EXP)
4) (Army Honour Dagger 1 of 1) This one is behind an ‘L’ shaped bush. Just go to the area all the way at the end, where the circular fountain with the patrolling guard is, then look right. You should see it on the bench. (500 EXP)
5) (Lighter 2 of 5) This one will be in the water drain. Look for it while you’re entering to the area with the last locked door. It should be right in front of you before you get the wardrobe. (100 EXP)
6) (Pocket Watch 1 of 3) Instead of going to the door, which is the levels exit (that is down some stairs so avoid this for now), go around to the right. It will be beside some paintings. (300 EXP)
Completion of the level and getting all collectibles here will net you:

Mission 4
Death of the butcher - Crypt (Total 1900 EXP)
1) (Pocket Flask 2 of 5) At the beginning of the level, it is on the shelf next to the first locker, after you open the door. (100 EXP)
2) (Edelweiss Badge 2 of 5) In the second area on the table where there are some guards before the first auto save. (100 EXP)
3) (Hanseatic Cross Hamburg 2 of 6) After the first auto save, look at the boxes beside the electrical power on/off lever. (100 EXP)
4) (Harmonica 2 of 5) In the room with the golden statue, kill the officer and search him with the 'A' button. (100 EXP)
5) (Pilot Watch 1 of 4) This one is after the second auto save, in the room with 3 guards on the ground to the right side of the spot-lighted painting. (300 EXP)
6) (Hanseatic Cross Hamburg 3 of 6) This is in the cellar right next to the painting's exhibition room on the ground. (100 EXP)
7) (Silver Luger 1 of 4) Right before heading up the stairs at the last cellar look under the movable box. Push the big box to make your way, and then push the small box next to it. (300 EXP)
8) (Gold Bar 1 of 1) After the first set of stairs in the room with 2 guards, it is under the movable box next to the guard who is standing still. (500 EXP)
• Letter (No 2): In the painting's exhibition room on a table to the left of the spot lighted painting.
• Secret objective (No 3): When you're in the room with the statue there is a button on the wall (on the right if you're facing the statue). It will look like bricks that are out too far. Press this button, then push the statue into the room. Now press the button again to hide the statue. (300 EXP)
Completion of this task will and finishing the level and all collectibles in it will net you:

NOTE: Starting with this mission, you will be able to make progress towards the following achievement: Almost every mission from now on will contain enemies who can be killed in this fashion. If you are looking to earn this achievement in your first playthrough, but are concerned with how many stealth kills you will be able to get for the 200 you need, make sure to get at least two before you get to Mission 8, where a section of the level will allow you to get three more grenade kills without sacrificing those three from the silent kill count (there are two in this mission alone).

Mission 5
Leave A Light On - Dock (Total 1300 EXP)
1) (Lighter 3 of 5) This one is before the first auto save when you pass the first area. It is on the ground next to 2 fallen barrels. (100 EXP)
2) (Sniper Badge 3 of 6) Before you jump down to the ground level, look in the small storage room with the small lamp. It will be on the shelf. (100 EXP)
3) (Telescope 2 of 3) This one is in a small alley on the trashcan. It is behind the room with the open window. (300 EXP)
4) (Signet Ring 3 of 7) On the table In the room with the open window, next to the radio. (100 EXP)
5) (Silver Cigar Box 2 of 3) In the small room next to the generator room, use the crate to reach it. It is on the top of a wooden wall. (300 EXP)
6) (Knight's Cross 3 of 5) Inside the second submarine Capitan's room, underneath the bed. (100 EXP)
• Letter (No 3): In the same room as collectable #4 on the desk, next to the fuse box.
• Secret objective (No 4): Kill German submarine Captains : They are both asleep in huts. You can use the aim of your knife to kill them. The first hut is near the big Crane, and the second hut is near the last auto save, close to the safe's room. (300 EXP)
NOTE: This mission and the next allow you to make progress towards the following achievement: the flare gun when you get a chance (there is one in a locker in the same room as collectable #4 and the letter) and grab ammo when you can. Stealth kills should take priority towards the Assassin achievement, but if there are enemies that you cannot kill with stealth (such as the two sleeping submarine Captains), then use the flare gun, as it is a one hit kill. There are also ten flare shots on Mission 10, although they require access to the secret room and looting dead enemies to get all the ammo.

Mission 6
Leave A Light On - Storage (Total 1500 EXP)
1) (Marine Honor Dagger 1 of 1) For this one, when you are in the first storage building upstairs, use a lever to move the crane, and then back-track to underneath the lever. The boxes will be moved to reveal this collectible. (500 EXP)
2) (Edelweiss Badge 3 of 5) After that, go back to the second floor and over the bridge. It is at the very end of the aisle when you turn left, on some boxes. (100 EXP)
3) (Hanseatic Cross Hamburg 4 of 6) While in the second storage building, face towards the explosives room. It is in the south east (behind you and to the right) corner on the boxes. (100 EXP)
4) (Pocket Flask 3 of 5) After you exit through the door to the fuel wagons area, climb up the box to your left and go to end of the aisle. It is on your right on some boxes. (100 EXP)
5) (Music Box 2 of 3) While in the fuel Wagon area, go and deactivate the electric fence and climb over it. Enter the building, then turn right once inside. It will be on a barrel. (300 EXP)
6) (Harmonica 3 of 5) Behind the desk inside the office room on the ground, just before the last save. (100 EXP)
7) (Pilot Watch 2 of 4) Before you get into the getaway car, look for some burning barrels and boxes. It is on the ground near these. (300EXP)
Completion of this chapter and collectibles will net you:

Mission 7
The Third Man - Sewers (Total 1000 EXP)
1) (Pocket Watch 2 of 3) On the ground in the corner, hidden behind the explosive barrels, next to the radio. You must shoot the barrels to access the pocket watch. (EXP 300)
2) (Lighter 4 of 5) After you climb down and open the first locked door, climb up the ladder near the electrical lever. When you climb up, it will be on a table to your right. (100 EXP)
3) (Sniper Badge 4 of 6) When you enter the tunnels leading to First spy, it is next to the guards on a fallen barrel. (100 EXP)
4) (Signet Ring 4 of 7) Next to the second spy (who is already dead), it is on the ground behind the box. (100 EXP)
5) (Knight's Cross 4 of 5) When you enter the toxic gas area, it is on the barrel next to the guards that are talking with each other. (100 EXP)
6) (Pilot Watch 3 of 4) Just before the level's exit door, go down to the left set of stairs. It is next to a locked door on the ground. (300 EXP)
• Letter (No 4): Next to Item 2 (The Lighter)

Third Man - Ghetto
Mission 8
The Third Man - Ghetto (Total 1000 EXP)
1) (Pocket Flask 4 of 5) Right at the beginning, on the pile of coal next to the corps. (100 EXP)
2) (Edelweiss Badge 4 of 5) In the first area after the sewers, on the hut's roof-top. Look for the one with a ladder to the roof. (100 EXP)
3) (Silver Luger 2 of 4) Kill the patrol officer in the yard to obtain the key to the locked hut. It is on the table inside of there. (300 EXP)
4) (Hanseatic Cross Hamburg 5 of 6) Same area as the locked hut. On the ground behind an L shaped wall. (100 EXP)
5) (Harmonica 4 of 5) After you jump down from the burned building, you will get an auto save. The item is on a small table to your right. (100 EXP)
• Letter (No 5): Inside the locked Hut, next to item 3 on the table.
• Secret objective (No 5): The secret objective here requires you to kill all of the enemies in the level. You must kill all of the snipers too (one while you are on the road, and two while you are on the wooden bridge, looking at the broken building). Once you jump down after the second set of snipers, you can't go back, so make sure you get all the enemies before this point. When you are in the final area, strangely you need to get seen so two enemies appear out of the final gate and one on the other side of it. It may be easier for you to check the end of the video to see what I mean by this. When I didn't alert the guards, these did not spawn, and I had to click restart level at the pause menu. (300 EXP)
If you are trying to get Blast 'Em in your first playthrough, and are following the previous advice of this walkthrough, you will have arrived at this mission with two grenade kills. In the second outdoor section (the section after the one containing the second collectible), there will be four guards. You will enter on one side of debris in shadows. Along the other side of debris, a convenient shadow will be cast. What you should do hear is crawl along the shadow behind the second truck. Whistle hear, then move out of the way as an enemy approaches. Three of the four enemies hear will have grenades you can trigger. After triggering the grenade, move back to the start and wait for the enemies to return to normal. Repeat until the achievement pops. Then, reload the last checkpoint, and use the same method to kill all four enemies via stealth. You get the Blast 'Em achievement while still netting three stealth kills towards the Assassin achievement.
Completion of this task and getting all the level's collectibles nets you:

Mission 9
The Third Man - Prison (Total 1500 EXP)
1) (Signet Ring 5 of 7) Beside the power lever on a table. (100 EXP)
2) (Telescope 3 of 3) At the prisons catering area on a table, inside a small room that is guarded by an officer. (300 EXP)
3) (Silver Cigar Box 3 of 3) In a prison cell on the first floor, on a bed inside. (300 EXP)
4) (Diplomatic Corps Dagger 1 of 1) When you get to the commander’s office, use the lever that is hidden behind the painting to access the secret area. It will be on the table in front of the chimney. (This is also where you do the secret objective) (500 EXP)
• Letter (No 6): On the first floor, inside the prison cell that is in front of the stairs. It is on the bed in that room.
• Secret objective (No 6): The secret objective here requires you to kill the prison officer in his secret room. When you get to the commander’s office, use the lever that is hidden behind the painting to access the secret area, follow this tunnel until you get to a room with the prison officer inside, and then kill him. Kill him silently to help add towards your silent kills achievement. (300 EXP)
Completion of this task as well as picking up the collectible in the same room and all the level's collectibles will net you:

Mission 10
Le Boeuf (Total 1900 EXP)
1) (Lighter 5 of 5) When you get to the inn yard, it is on the desk near the hanged people. (100 EXP)
2) (Sniper Badge 5 of 6) Near the second fuse box, in the inn's dining room on the table. (100 EXP)
3) (Music Box 3 of 3) In the dining room where you pick up the safes code, it is hidden behind a painting. (300 EXP)
4) (Pocket Watch 3 of 3) Before leaving out of the second floor, look inside the safe to get this collectible. Make sure you got the code from beside the previous collectible. (300 EXP)
5) (Pocket Flask 5 of 5) After you leave from the inn, it is behind the ladder on the pile of timber. (100EXP)
6) (Knight's Cross 5 of 5) This one is in the secret hiding place along with the secret objective collectible. To get there once you reach the archway (before the windmill), there will be a door halfway along. When you enter, there will be an auto-save. When you are in this room, you must go downstairs and move the box to reveal the entrance to the hiding place. It will be on the table in this room. (100 EXP)
7) (Golden Rifle Ammo 1 of 1) Once you enter the windmill, go the left. It will be on the floor beside a chair. (500 EXP)
8) (Signet Ring 6 of 7) After taking your shot and trying to escape, this one is on the ground behind a box to your left, before you jump down near where the lake is. Make sure you don’t jump down or you cant get it. (100 EXP)
• Letter (No 7): In the hut where you get the boat across the river, it is on the table in the basement, beside the boat's crane release lever.
• Secret objective (No 7): For this objective, you must find the collaborator's list, which is the same room as collectible 6, on the table. (300 EXP)
The secret objective here requires you to grab a hidden collectible in the cellar's secret room. You'll need to shift a crate and smash the wall to reach the hiding place.
Completion of this task and getting all the level's collectibles will net you:

Mission 11
Fade to Grey - Hospital (Total 700 EXP)
1) (Pilot Watch 4 of 4) When you get to the big room with 4 guards in it, push the box beside the fuse box. It will be on another box. (300 EXP)
2) (Hanseatic Cross Hamburg 6 of 6) This one is in the first yard under the virgin Mary's statue. This yard will have 4 guards. (100 EXP)
3) (Harmonica 5 of 5) When you get to the second yard, this one will be on the big stone, beside the guard carrying the rusty key. (100 EXP)
4) (Signet Ring 7 of 7) This one is in the third yard on the bench. This yard had 4 arc-shape structures if you are unsure of which one I mean. (100 EXP)
5) (Edelweiss Badge 5 of 5) The next one is (yes, you guessed it) in the next yard; yard number four (the one with the pond). Look for it on the bench near the cross statue. (100 EXP)
• Letter (No 8): Get to the head doctor's office. It will be in this room on the table.
This chapter will net you:
- 殺戮者

敵200人をサイレントキルで仕留める
- 不死鳥
任務「灰色の世界 - 病院」を完了した
名もなき殺し屋 and 殺戮者 will be gained before this level, but the level gained at will depend on where you get your silent kills. 暗殺者 is the important one, because it is the one which requires the most silent kills and therefore if you get this one you will unlock the others too.

Fade to Grey - Village
Mission 12
Fade to Grey - Village (Total 700 EXP)
1) (Sniper Badge 6 of 6) When you get to the second truck, climb up the box. You will see 2 guards. It will be on the ground here. (100 EXP)
2) (Silver Luger 3 of 4) This one is inside the first house at your left on the ground. If you get to the auto save in the house with the dead body that is on the bed, then you have gone too far as you are in the second house. (300 EXP)
3) (Silver Luger 4 of 4) This is inside the hut, near the small dock on the ground Look behind some boxes to find it. (300 EXP)
After you get all the collectibles, all you need to do to finish the story is go to the church and kill a lot of enemies. If you have the invincibility cheat turned on, this can help and allow you to use the aimed knife to get more kills for the kills achievement. It can also can make this section easy in general, because there is a large amount of enemies compared to any other part of the game).
This chapter nets you:

Video walkthroughs:
Don't worry if you didn't get the "電撃戦" achievement. There is a simple way to get this and the "伝説の工作員" achievement. You can use cheat codes. Plug in a USB keyboard to the 360 and type them in during gameplay. Achievements are not disabled when using the following codes.
Complete Current Level: - Hold Left SHIFT + L, then press END.
Yep, that's right. Start a level, use the code, finish the level. Get the achievement for the level, and work your way through. This should take you about 15-20 minutes to complete the campaign.

You will also need to get these 2 achievements:
Use the skip level technique and skip the first 3 levels and go through level 4 and 5
Level 4 has 2 grenades, level 5 has 3. You should get them done in these two levels.
And
Use the skip method until you get to the level leave the lights on storage. Activate invincibility and then when you get to a weapons locker, it will have a flare gun in it. Simply kill as many enemies as you can until you have no ammo, then run at them and aim with you knife to kill them this way (make sure you scour each section of the level for ammo). If you do not get it by the next level make sure you activate invincibility again before you go through looking for more ammo.
If you didn't get the 300 kills and the 200 silent kills, there is an easy way to get it. Use a USB keyboard and enter the invincibility cheat which is:
Invincibility: Hold Left Shift+Right Shift+P and hit G.
This must be done at the beginning of every level.
To get a silent kill, either sneak around like you normally would, or run around an enemy until the A prompt appears (or keep hitting A) and then kill them that way. Once you have your 200 silent kills (should be in level 10 from what i hear) just use the LT to aim while using your knife, or a gun and just run at the enemies for the other 100 kills. You will need to be invincible here too, obviously.
