Welcome to the walkthrough for Crackdown. This is definitely an early Xbox 360-era game that many of us have due to the amount of times Microsoft has given it and the DLC away for free. The game should take somewhere around 50-60 hours to complete - maybe earlier - if you have a plan laid out for you. This walkthrough is designed to give you that plan in a way that allows for only one main playthrough of the game, with cleaning up afterwards being very quick.

Co-op play is required for some achievements. Download the always-free Free For All Pack for a bit more content, including time trials, and simply do all of those trials with a partner to cut the fat. One other co-op achievement does require being in the main game, however.

The two DLC packs for this game and the game itself range from being at their normal prices or being free. Purchase/obtain the DLC as soon as you can if it's free. The walkthrough is written with the assumption that you have the Free for All Pack at the very least. Take note that obtaining the Getting Busy Bonus Pack does not require a download - that content is actually already in the game and getting the pack just gives you access to it.

The aiming and right stick movement for this game is very chunky, but the auto-aiming is extremely accurate. Using cn_LT to aim will almost always hit your target unless the game is being stupid. Crackdown has a few bugs, but none of them really matter at all and the game runs fine for what it is.

There isn't a lot of information one needs before starting the game aside from the reminder that getting the DLC when it's free (or ASAP, the Getting Busy Bonus Pack is pretty cheap otherwise) is important. There have been reports that, since the content is already in the game, the three non-racing achievements in this pack are obtainable when playing in someone's world that has the pack. That leaves two achievements that absolutely require the most-likely-free Getting Busy Bonus Pack.

There are many maps in this walkthrough for the 800 collectibles and other tasks. Download these maps and use a tool like MS Paint to mark off what you've done, using the in-game minimap to more properly confirm the location of the thing you just did.

The story for Crackdown is pretty simple: Pacific City is overrun by three gangs as the Agency, the only keepers of peace in the city, are now backed up into their headquarters. An Agency doctor has created supersoldiers to deal with the crime lords. To get to them more securely, you'll want to take care of each kingpin's generals first. But before you so much as lay a finger on a general, there are a lot of things you should take care of first. These kinds of steps will be the same throughout each gang takeover, with the order being:

  1. Impounding all gang vehicles in the area
  2. Increasing your skills to deal with the later tasks
  3. Taking over all supply points in the area
  4. Obtaining all weapons of the current gang
  5. Defeating all generals (liberating the area)
  6. Collecting orbs
  7. Finishing side tasks like races and stunts

I would recommend reading up on the orbs first, and downloading the maps, as you will likely get some orbs naturally while doing the other tasks, and you definitely don't want to get an orb without marking it off on the map, as that could lead to some serious confusion down the road.

Stage 1: Increasing Skills

The first thing you should do is level up your skills, of which there are five: Agility, Driving, Explosives, Strength, and Firearms. The reason this is a priority over killing even a single general is because all of these skills (except Agility) will be easier to level up if there are actual enemies you're able to fight. You should level these up as much as you feel like it, but obviously leveling them up higher now means you won't have to later.

Any experience towards filling the bar for a particular skill can be lost by dying or attacking policemen or civilians (except for Agility) until the bar is filled and emptied, resulting in a stat increase (Driving increasing from 00 to 10). At that point, that skill cannot be decreased beyond the solid number. A skill gains a star when the stat reaches 100, giving your agent new abilities or buffs. A skill's usefulness reaches its peak at 4*, but all five must reach their maximum at 5* for an achievement.

Note: Again, do not kill any generals while increasing your skills.

For a good skill set before moving on to the next stage, try to have at least a 1* Agility, 4* Driving (just to get it out of the way), 2* Explosives, 4* Strength, and 2* Firearms. The 1* Agility will allow you to reach all Los Muertos supply points, Driving will not be as big of a concern after getting it to 4*, 4* Strength is very useful, and 2* Explosives/Firearms is a good start for Los Muertos. Or, you know, you can use the Agency Buggy and Agency Armored Vehicle to max out Firearms and Explosives too.

Agility: Increased primarily by collecting agility orbs. Some orbs are not reachable unless you already have a certain Agility level, making Agility the toughest skill to level up. You have to collect all 800 orbs anyway, though. Agility is also increased by killing enemies from a high area (a minimal increase) or by completing agility races. This skill is extremely useful to have at a higher level, as you'll be able to run far faster and jump far higher than you could before. This makes travel much, much easier and allows for quick getaways in a pinch.

Driving: Increased by completing races, performing stunts, driving through purple stunt markers, and running over gang members. It takes approximately three gang members to fill the experience bar once. This can be very easy to level up, and doing so increases the abilities of some vehicles. The Agency Supercar, for example, gains a gun when you hit X* Driving. Since enemies naturally move out of the way of your car, drive slowly to prevent them from moving very far. Although Driving is easy to level up, its tactical purposes remain a complete mystery. Perhaps increasing your Driving increases your vehicle damage output, but enemies already die so easily that it doesn't matter.

Explosives: Kill enemies with explosive weaponry. Improving this skill increases your damage output from explosive-based weaponry. If you have the Getting Busy Bonus Pack, the Agency Armored Vehicle has an explosive launcher that can count towards this skill if you use it.

Strength: Kill enemies with cn_B melee attacks or with thrown objects, though melee attacks are more controlled. Increasing this skill is very important, as it also improves your health. Your agent will increase in stature and will be able to pick up more objects as their Strength increases, making it a very handy skill. A maxed-out Strength skill also helps in killing bosses with ease.

Firearms: Kill enemies with bullet-based weaponry. Headshots give you more skill orbs. Improving this skill increases your damage output from bullet-based weaponry. If you have the Getting Busy Bonus Pack, the Agency Buggy has a cn_LB/cn_B turret that can count towards this skill if you use it.

A really good way to get a head start on your skills is to aim for the Untouchable Agent achievement, which requires you to kill 200 gang members without dying. This is best done by running them over with the Agency Buggy or Agency Armored Vehicle thanks to their additional weaponry, though increasing your driving by running people over would work in your favor too. Earning this achievement creates a burst of skill orbs in the air - this burst gave me +100 to my Agility stat (meaning an entire 1*) and about the same to my Strength, among other orbs for the other stats. This is particularly useful because it gives you the bonus of having 1* Agility without having collected any of the agility orbs, making collecting them a bit easier.

Earning other achievements also gives you a range of skill orbs, but since you can only earn an achievement once, these bonuses are only available once; keep that in mind if you delete your save or lose it between consoles.

Stage 2: Impounding Vehicles

The next thing you should do, assuming you have the Free for All Pack, is work on impounding the first gang's vehicles. There are only eight of these, so this shouldn't take too long. The reason you should be doing this second is because these vehicles obviously won't be around if the gang isn't there to drive them. You should also impound a standard police car and any civilian vehicles you find. A full list of the vehicles you should be looking out for is below; you don't have to get all of the civilian vehicles now, but then again, getting any of them now means you won't have to later.

The game will not tell you what car you're driving, but it should tell you that you should take the vehicle to the Agency to impound it if it's new. But be aware that civilian vehicles that don't tell you to impound them simply cannot be impounded for whatever reason. Assuming your Strength is high enough (3*+), you can also carry a destroyed/blown-up car to The Keep to impound it; its destroyed state does not matter.

Stage 3: Supply Points

That orange spot you're spawning from at The Keep is a supply point. You can respawn at supply points and refill/change out weapons as well. The next step in preparing for killing the gang generals is to take over all of the supply points on the islands taken over by Los Muertos. This is as easy as driving up to them, taking out the gang members at a supply point, and using the supply point to put it in Agency control. This will let you respawn at any of these points, which you can do if you die on the way to another supply point.

The other use supply points have is storing weapons you find from enemies. Some of these weapons are extremely useful, while others are not. For the sake of completion and having options, it would be a good idea to obtain all of the below weapons anyway. The sniper rifle is only used by the elite gang members that arrive once notoriety is at maximum, and the grenade launcher is also used by the Volk gang members; if you want to obtain it now so you don't have to think about it later, drive east from the southern island to reach Volk territory.

Collecting weapons serves yet another purpose: Weapons can be dropped and given to another player in co-op, and when they put the weapons in a supply point, they'll be able to keep them for themselves. Finding someone who happens to have the most important weapons can help immensely, but finding them yourself isn't that hard anyway.

Stage 4: Kill All Gang Leaders

Now that your skills are at a respectable level - or at a higher level that you're comfortable with - and Los Muertos has nothing that you don't have (you have all of their weapons and vehicles), you should now be safe to wipe Los Muertos off the face of the earth without penalty. Be aware that generals drop a lot of skill orbs, so if you want to get a big boost in Explosives or Firearms, these guys are a great help. The inverse advice for this is that you shouldn't go in with melee attacks if you're at 5*, as that won't be of any benefit to you. Melee attacks definitely are the fastest way to kill a general though.

The death of the four higher-up generals on the gang dossier is said to make attacking the gang's kingpin easier. If you'd like to attack him earlier (there's no need to), you can find him in the large villa on the west side of the northern island. You really ought to take out all six generals first, though.

After killing the seven figureheads of Los Muertos, the remaining gang members will be rioting on the southern island at the abandoned amusement park. Welcome to Fun Land. All you have to do here is kill all of the gang members, and doing so will finally put all of Los Muertos to rest. The entire area of the newly-named Green Bay is now free of gang influence and no more enemies will appear on either of Green Bay's two islands.

Stage 5: Agility Orbs & Hidden Orbs

The death of Los Muertos means collecting all of the orbs on these two islands is a far, far safer task. Nothing should interrupt you from obtaining them aside from figuring out where to jump and where orbs actually are in your game. The below two maps should help you find the agility orbs and hidden orbs scattered across Green Bay. There are a few tips to keep in mind when looking for these, and they're very important:

  • Download the maps to your computer and use a tool like MS Paint to cross off orbs that you've found. It is beyond frustrating to miss an orb and have no idea where it is.
  • Make sure that you're absolutely certain you're marking the correct orb off your copy of the map. Check the mini-map to be more precise about where you are.
  • Collect all the agility orbs first, then the hidden orbs. Having a higher Agility is more important than finding hidden orbs, as your Agility determines how many and how quickly you can obtain either type of orb.
  • You have to collect every orb in the game for achievements. This is only about a third of them.

Take note that some orbs around the edges of the water might just be found near sea level or in a small outlet inside of a rock. There's also an underground tunnel in the southwest sandy area that leads to several hidden orbs. All orbs in Green Bay can be obtained with only a 3* Agility (except the one hidden orb at the top of a lighthouse near Fun Land). Your agility will increase over time as you collect orbs.

Agility orbs are marked as green dots on the first map and hidden orbs are red on the second map. Save these to your computer and either paint bucket the dots to not be green/red, or just wipe them out with a big paintbrush tool.

Los Muertos (Hidden)

Stage 6: Races & Stunts

When you start working on vehicle races, you're going to want to drive the Agency Race Car, which is the fastest car in the game. Agility races require a certain Agility level to even start them, so if you can't start some of the races here yet, you can always come back later. You may as well just do these once you have 4* Agility anyway, since that'd make all of the races easier. It's very important to obtain all of the Agility orbs before starting agility races, as you might accidentally collect one during a race and will have no idea which one you picked up unless you pause the game and mark it off.

The Goin' Home agility race consists of a fair amount of running on the open road. Cut down on this immensely by just grabbing a car and driving through those checkpoints until you're back at Agency HQ. In the same race, you'll have to climb up the Agency Tower; this basically has to be done without mistakes, or the race will time out. This is considered to be the hardest race, so you'll be able to rest easy after finishing it. It's best to save this race for the last in the game, once you've fully completed The Volk and Shai-Gen, and everything else in Los Muertos.

Note: Any races you find that aren't on this list or the map are not necessary for the achievements for finishing them all.

The stunt rings in this game can be the most tedious thing for some people since they're often out of the way and there are 39 in the game. Separating them into chunks should alleviate these issues a little bit. To use these maps, start from where the yellow line begins and drive towards the numbered circle. The smaller line perpendicular to the main one is where you jump from, if applicable.

All of these stunts should be done with the Agency SUV. You'll also need a 4* Driving to get to all of these, since the Agency SUV can do a bunnyhop at that level.

Los Muertos Stunts

Ring #Strategy
1Drive from the garage and floor it through the tunnel to this area.
2With 4* Driving, the wheels should be so big that you can just drive over the rails on the freeway into the ring.
3There's a rock ramp north of the park but you really ought to just use the SUV to jump onto the ticket booth.
4Drive up the staircase leading up to the ring and zoom into it. Passing under it might work.
5Use the grass slope to drive towards the billboard. This might take a few tries. Try bunnyhopping; it might send you over the ring, though.
6The beach house south of the pier has a slanted slope you can use.
7Drive up the rock slope and use a bunnyhop. This is probably going to take a few tries.
8Drive from the garage roof to get to this one. You can bunnyhop into it from the roof underneath it if you don't get enough vertical height.
9This ring can be bunnyhopped to on the ground, but you'll have to drive from the roof first. There's a ramp on the very first "roof level" area of the garage.
10One of the two ramps on the very top of the garage, over a building.
11One of the two ramps on the very top of the garage, over the freeway.
12Just past a parked ramp truck on the side of the road. Just drive over the ramp.
13Above the cliff face. If you get the SUV up there, you can just bunnyhop into it.
14Also above the cliff face. If you get the SUV up there, you can just bunnyhop into it.
15This is another angled rock jump. If you make it to the roof, without touching the ring, you unfortunately won't be able to hop up into it.
16To get to this ring, drive on the road and do a slight bunny hop. This one can be finicky.
17This is quite a long jump. Don't worry if you don't make it into the ring; you can actually bunnyhop from the ground into it if you get to it in time.

The stunt rings are known to be incredibly buggy. They are only intended to be visible when in a vehicle, but it isn't uncommon for you to see them when you're on foot, and then for them to vanish after a little while, while you're in a vehicle. If this happens, drive out of the area and re-enter and it should reappear.

Stage 1: Increasing Skills

It's time to become even stronger. The Volk have a great fondness for explosive weaponry, which you'll see often, so every attack you make matters. For this bout of training, you're basically going to want to be almost done with your skills here. Push Driving, Explosives, Strength, and Firearms to 5* and Explosives and Firearms to 4*. Your Agility is probably close to 4*. You may also want to consider collecting some orbs here in Volk territory so you can have that reach maximum potential as well. The change from 3* to 4* is a really big one. Keeping Explosives and Firearms at 4* will allow the generals' deaths to give you some experience in those skills so you can work on them while progressing.

Note: If you're already at Driving 4* and have the Getting Busy Bonus Pack, consider doing the 36 races from that pack now, since winning will give you Driving experience. The races can be accessed from the main menu and are related to achievements.

Note: If you would like to grind out your Explosives and Firearms in a less tedious manner, consider locating all of the Volk and Shai-Gen targets and obtaining the rest of their weapons (especially the Shai-Gen's Firefly rocket launcher). Then try to work on finishing time trials on Psychotic difficulty by taking your time to get more experience in these two skills. More information can be found on the Misc Achievements page.

The Volk only have five signature vehicles. They're commonly identified by the star in front. The one civilian car to look out for is the baggage carrier, the toughest vehicle to find.

Stage 3: Supply Points

There are only four supply points in Volk hands, and they're all on the lower island. Of course, the game developers could've put at least one somewhere on the upper island, but that's simply a luxury we cannot have. Once you have them all, try to take the Volk's weapon supply. Weapons marked with an asterisk are weapons you may have already obtained from Los Muertos.

Stage 4: Kill All Gang Leaders

With your skills basically at their peak and all Volk resources in your own hands, it's time to kill off this gang. You definitely, really want to attack the six generals first before attacking the kingpin, who is at the oil rig on the southern edge of the map. The only one important enough for a side note is Sovetnik, who is protected inside a building in his factory. To weed him out, head to the roof and look for exclamation points that mark three targets that must be destroyed. This will coerce him up to the roof.

As with Los Muertos, the remaining Volk will gather near the northern border of the southern island. Take care of the stragglers to completely remove the Volk from the game.

Stage 5: Agility Orbs & Hidden Orbs

Time for more collecting. Here are the important things to keep in mind again:

  • Download the maps to your computer and use a tool like MS Paint to cross off orbs that you've found. It is beyond frustrating to miss an orb and have no idea where it is.
  • Make sure that you're absolutely certain you're marking the correct orb off your copy of the map. Check the mini-map to be more precise about where you are.

Stage 6: Races & Stunts

Once again, any races not found on the map and the list below it are not required for the achievements tied to races. The Alleys of the Den race is incredibly tough compared to all other street races and will be the hardest one you'll come across.

As with the previous set of stunts, all of the 12 stunt rings here should be obtained using the Agency SUV unless otherwise specified. There's a ramp truck that you'll be using for many of these rings.

Ring #Strategy
1Floor it from the Agency garage, or just bunnyhop into the ring.
2There's a ramp truck parked on the R on the map. Use this to fling your SUV into the ring.
3Bring the ramp truck to the line on the map and use it to drive over it into the ring.
4Move the ramp truck in front of the Volk statue and jump over it again.
5This ring is very easy to drive through, since it's just past a tiny ramp.
6There's a ramp truck already parked here, so this is going to be an easy stunt ring too.
7Bring this ramp truck over to the big Volk statue located here and line it up accordingly.
8There's a specific path you can drive your SUV into that leads to the ramp you need to use to reach the ring. You can pick the car up and drop it ahead so you don't have to drive through it all. You definitely won't be able to drive directly into the ring, but you'll pop it by flying close enough underneath it.
9Bring the ramp truck back and park it in the corner of the street race start zone. Bunnyhopping will push you too high in the air.
10Bring the ramp truck over here and angle it in a way that'll launch you to the top of the dome. Bunnyhopping might be necessary given the small amount of space.
11Take the ramp to the next stop in front of some pipes and use it once again.
12The last time you have to touch this ramp for a while. Line it up here and use it again.

Stage 1: Increasing Skills

The Shai-Gen are the end of the line, and they're definitely deserving of being in that position. All skills (except Agility) should have already been at 5* before coming here. You should have reached at least a 4* Agility after cleaning up the Volk orbs, but if you haven't reached 5*, don't worry about doing that here. You'll get the achievement for reaching 5* with all skills after cleaning up the Shai-Gen orbs at the very least.

The last gang won't be leaving without a fight. The kingpin Zuang Lun Wang is located at just about the center of Shai-Gen territory, so not killing him first should be pretty easy to do, especially because Wang lives in a massive tower.

The remaining Shai-Gen will gather near one of the supply points, making finishing them off rather easy.

Stage 5: Agility Orbs & Hidden Orbs

Most of the remaining orbs are obviously found in these islands.

  • Collect all the agility orbs first, then the hidden orbs. Having a higher Agility is more important than finding hidden orbs, as your Agility determines how many and how quickly you can obtain either type of orb.
  • You have to collect every orb in the game for achievements. This is only about a third of them.

Stage 6: Races & Stunts

The last of the street races are here in Shai-Gen territory, and so is one more agility race (the last of those are on the Agency island).

Shai-Gen Stunts

Ring #Strategy
1Contrary to the norm, flying through the tunnel will barely work here. Pick up the nearby ramp truck and line it up to be perpendicular to the ring instead of thinking about the tunnel, then bunnyhop when driving on the ramp.
2This is a very easy ring to jump into, as it can be reached with a simple bunnyhop from the road.
3Park the ramp truck on the crosswalk at this road and use it to bunnyhop into the next ring.
4This ring is between two buildings. Bring the ramp truck onto the road east of it and bunnyhop into the ring.
5Move the ramp truck deeper into the alley and do the same thing again.
6Use the ramp truck to jump over the concert hall.
7You'll have to drive slowly towards the northern end of the big structure above the bridge and keep trying to drive up it while holding cn_B (but don't actually hop). You should eventually be able to land on it and drive into the ring. Reaching this one sucks, it really does.
8Line up a ramp truck and drive into the ring with a bunnyhop.
9This is the worst ring in the game. You need to line up the ramp truck yet again and launch yourself with a bunnyhop into this ring. This is made far worse because every failed attempt has a high chance of placing your SUV in the water, meaning you have to respawn and drive all the way back for another try.
10The last ring is very easy and dangerous water is nowhere near it. Just drive on the road and do a bunnyhop over the fountain to pass through it. You can go at it from either side of the street.

All that's left to do now is collect some orbs, finish a few final agility races, and jump off the top of the Agency Tower. This shouldn't take very long at all compared to the other three major regions of Pacific City.

Stage 1: Agility Orbs & Hidden Orbs

There isn't much to say about the remaining orbs, aside from that you should really look on the ground for most of them before going up. This is just because you wouldn't want to waste your time looking up there for an orb on the ground, and many of them are indeed not on the tower aside from agility orbs.

There are a fair amount of miscellaneous achievements in Crackdown outside of the ones already covered (like stunts, races, etc.), some of which require more work than others. Most of these solutions are using the assumption that you haven't used the feature to respawn all three gangs (so you have as little reason to as possible). Additionally, if you do decide to reset the gangs, make sure all the races, stunt rings, and orbs are completely taken care of first. You wouldn't want any gangs shooting at you or getting in your way for those, and that's the whole reason those tasks were meant to be done after killing off the gangs.

Enemy Kill-Based Achievements

These are achievements based on killing a certain amount of enemies a certain way. Hopefully, you've gotten these already as you advanced your skills. If you haven't obtained one of these yet, just load up a time trial and work on them from there so you don't have to reset the gangs in the campaign. Untouchable Agent, if you didn't get it when building up to fight Los Muertos, may actually require resetting the gangs, but you should look into waiting for enemies to respawn in a time trial first.

These two achievements require you to use explosives (the Firefly for sure) to keep a body and a car in the air for ten and seven seconds, respectively. Not only can the Firefly lock on, but it's also the one explosive type with a lock-on feature. Make sure that, before starting, you throw the body or vehicle directly upwards first. It also helps to start from a high-altitude place, such as a building or cliff.

Rampage is a six-part achievement that requires these things from you, each of which must be done within 60 seconds. That doesn't mean all six tasks in a minute, but each task is given a minute, tops. Check which of these you've already completed in the cn_start pause menu before doing something over again that you don't have to.

Blow up 25 gang carsStart up the Shai-Gen Cowell time trial and look underneath the tower to find a parking garage full of Shai-Gen vehicles. Use the Firefly to blow up the cars and then run out to the street to get more cars to spawn back in. Repeat until the sub-achievement completes.
Kill 15 gang members (Melee)This is super easy with 3* Strength or above. If you haven't gotten this by the time you've reached this page, just do it in a Los Muertos time trial.
Kill 15 gang members (Firearms)This too is very easy. Boot up a Los Muertos time trial since they're easier to kill and will have a harder time killing you.
Kill 25 gang members (Explosives)Even easier than killing gang members with firearms. This might work in just about any time trial, but Los Muertos is still going to make things easier.
Kill 10 gang members (Vehicles)If you haven't already done this, killing ten gang members by running them over might actually be easier if the gangs were reset. If you really don't want to, then consider using the Los Muertos Guerra or Diaz time trials, as there are vehicles there that could do the trick.
Pop 20 gang vehicle tiresLook back to the Shai-Gen Cowell time trial and use the same method as for the first Rampage task. The vehicle respawning should make this easy.

Time Trials & Co-Op

Time trials are accessible through the main menu, assuming you have the Free For All Pack. You'll have to re-kill all 21 bosses on Psychotic difficulty, which is actually going to be kind of challenging, even with the Firefly. Play it safe and be more cautious than aggressive. It's worth noting that the amount of enemies in a time trial can dwindle down to a minimum amount, but it'll take a while. Dying does keep the current "progress" of killing off the gang members in the current time trial, though.

Note: This is the best way to get through killing each boss with a co-op partner, since this trims all the fat out of getting to each one. If your co-op partner is not at a high enough skill level to be useful, let them sit back as you do the work. After all, you need the co-op achievement, so you ought to take advantage of finding someone else willing to play the game.

Most challenging is the Shai-Gen kingpin, Wang. To skip most of the approach up Wang's tower, climb up the side of the tower near the building with red neon lights; you can hold onto these, which you're going to want to do in order to reach the top of that building. From there, jump back towards Wang's tower. There are thin black beams on the side that you can hold onto, and jumping from one just underneath a slope will let you reach a flat area on the tower. There's a passageway into the tower from here, and using the cloaking device and shooting enemies quickly should eventually lead you towards Wang himself.

If you have any interest and have a way to record your times, you can also try at posting videos of your runs (preferably on Tough instead of Psychotic) to speedrunning sites to compare your times with others.

Take the Agency Buggy and drive it to the elevator in Cowell's tower in Shai-Gen territory. Put it inside and activate the lift, then get back inside and wait for the first of two achievements to pop. Next, drive up to the highest possible floor in the tower. Once you're facing the open air, back up a bit and take off while holding cn_LSu to do front flips. This achievement requires two front flips, but there's another on the next page for the Getting Busy Bonus Pack that requires three. Keep that in mind and try to do three front flips here.

If you need a back flip for Stunt Driver, come back and do a back flip afterwards.

Other Achievements

As with every list, there are achievements that don't even fit into the subcategories on this page. The first is for hijacking 100 cars that a gang member is currently driving. The best way to go about this is to load up the Los Muertos Diaz time trial and keep hijacking them. Others have had success in a more controlled environment with the Shai-Gen Timbol time trial by staying on the street to find gang members driving by. If you use the latter method, make sure you don't fire back at the Shai-Gen, or any gang members currently in cars will get out.

Do you think there are 100 readily-available explosive objects in one place that you can destroy in 60 seconds? Well, there aren't, unless you respawn them. Of course this is an achievement.

Head to the pier northwest of the abandoned amusement park in south Los Muertos territory and you should find a lot of explosive barrels lined up for no good reason. Lob some Firefly ammo in there and run south away from the barrels to get them to respawn, then run back and do it again until you get the achievement.

The Getting Busy Bonus pack is relatively easy to divide up but will still take quite a few hours to complete. Starting with the bulk of your time are the races, which are accessible through the main menu.

Street Races

In order to do all of these races as efficiently as possible, only start these once you have 4* Agility (for running speed), 4* Strength (for picking things up), and a 4* Driving skill. Although we still have no idea what Driving actually does, it's still the most important part of the skillset you need for these races. These races can increase a player's 4*-00 Driving to somewhere around 4*-70 if done properly.

There are six race courses and six different cars per race that they can be done in. The achievements require you to come out victorious for each variant of these races, totaling 36 different races you need to win.

These races are very difficult for what they are, and there's fortunately a workaround built into the game that the developers actually provided for this (for the most part). When a race starts, drive from where you are towards the Agency headquarters and select the Agency Supercar. The supercar's speed and durability increase with your Driving skill and even get two miniguns at 4*, which is the crux of winning. Carefully drive the supercar to the starting line and get out of the car when it's parked relatively near your starting point (but on the sidelines). Reset the race when you're on foot and the supercar should be there. Just hop out and get into it, then kill most or all your competitors with the guns to ensure victory. Make sure you leave the car on the sidelines again before finishing the race on foot, as that will keep the car there for the next race - assuming you're doing the six sets of the same race all in a row. If you're the only remaining driver in a race and your current supercar isn't looking too hot, you can obviously grab a new one without having to worry about anyone passing you.

There's only one race where this strategy fails to work, and that's the La Mugre Agency Race car race. Since the race car outclasses the supercar in speed, drive up to the first turn that has an impassable metal fence and pile up the six large rocks in this area (three behind the metal fence and three in the direction you came from) onto the road. When the cars come around on their second lap, they'll pile into the rocks; move around and aim at the cars until you can shoot one in the back of the little car target reticle; one pistol shot here should detonate the car and any around it. Do this again, using the newly scrapped cars if you have time. You'll be able to destroy all of your opponents on their third lap if you're lucky. If not, then you'll have to try again. Killing your opponents after they finish will unfortunately not work in your favor, as the game secures their position in the race when they finish the third lap.

Aside from that one La Mugre race, all 36 of these races should be pretty straight-forward in terms of strategy. This whole thing might take four to six hours or so, however.

There's one achievement related to one of the co-op modes in the game, Stockpile. The instances of this game in Los Muertos territory are the easiest, since that's the easiest region of the game. All you have to do here is collect all of the orbs with your partner in under 2:30, which is also pretty self-explanatory. Simply find one of the light grey markers around the city (looks like a supply point) to begin the game.
