I unlocked 1 achievement the last time this was a quest, for completing the desert world. I just went back and replayed the first 6 levels and the quest popped with no other achievement unlocks. You might unlock 10,000 style points if you do 10,000 in one level or getting 10 seconds of air time but I think abilities have to be bought for those. I never purchased any as they do cost you the style points and I'm not sure if it will take away from earning the 5,000 points.
I would assume like last time this was a quest, you can just redo the first level over and over until you get it with no achievements unlocked
I just ran the first three levels, then went back and ran the first two levels again, and got enough to pop the quest.

This is what I did, and the quest popped just fine for me.
Complete the first 10 level: get weekly quest and one chevo. Make it in cloud. Perfect award.
Not sure what happened, but this popped for me before even starting a level. I had 17000 points already and bought a powerup of 15000 points (double jump). Moments after it popped.

I can confirm this works if you already have style points banked.
Launched in cloud, had 22k points, bought double jump with 7k points left and it popped.
