Hit trash cans, mailboxes, basically anything you can to get candy, Trick or treat. You earn candy from battles which is prob the fastest way to get candy.
You should easily get it by the second or third house in the past mission with all the gators everywhere
Also you can hit B to skip most cutscenes
If, like me, you have completed this game (was GwG a long time back), load up your save and head south to the streets
3 battles with the robots here was enough
As it took 3 battles, with 209 candy reward each, I would assume that, akin to Oxenfree's quest a while back, it's based on the game club's tracker, and you must increase the total candy from a playthrough, rather than simply collecting 400 candy
In addition to the above, it may not cound if your candy bag is already full. Might be worth takig damge intentially to give the option of eating candy
My tracker got stuck at 53% even though I'd collected 500+. Restarting the game and collecting one more candy made it pop though.
Any achievements unlocked whilst going for this? Not started this game yet and got other ones I want to do first before starting this.
The first achievement for *most* is deafeating the first boss. That should happen waaaaay after you reach the required candy count
My tracker isn't updating at all. I've previously fully completed the game. Would be enough with two battles but it's not tracking.
