It's been a while since we had a quest like this, but again I will be skipping it.
Apparently you'll be put up against a computer for this quest according to the Reddit post, good thing I have a Nintendo Switch so I can at least watch YouTube during this.
Picked team America Mineiro 2021 from South America, Brazil. Or something like that. Fumbled my way through an auto-draft and stuff. Did a match and team got a goal. At half time I went into the planning option and turned on some assists like auto substitution and flexable and changed to defense. Unlocked after the end of match and confirming some stats.
The guide for PES 2020 that I wrote for the last PES quest worked surprisingly well for this quest. The only change I would say would be to pick up R.Lewandowski (instead of S. Agüero) and then skip steps 12 and 13 (and ignore any subsequent mention of Maradona). Took about 20 minutes from start to finish.

First, you'll need to individually open a bunch of terms and conditions to accept them and move on. Then getting everything set up for a match is laborious, and after all of that I still can't seem to find a match. Fuck Konami.
Oh, also you need to download assets. On the xcloud version. Oof.
